Recently built in Caldera Springs, Sable Rock Villa is a sprawling craftsman-style villa designed to accommodate large vacation groups. This Sunriver home's ranch-style layout connects three distinct suites encircling a central outdoor patio. The outdoor patio is the heart of the vacation home, with ample seating and an outdoor bar outfitted with a TV and BBQ, perfect for entertaining large groups of friends. The patio also features a fire pit, hammock, and private hot tub! The surrounding pines of the backyard provide beautiful scenery and privacy. Through the front door, you'll enter the formal reception area. This spacious open-floor concept connects a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and parlor room with a wood-burning fireplace.

The group's chef will want for nothing; the kitchen and adjoining butler's closet have every appliance and cookware conceivable. Both the primary kitchen and butler's closet have refrigerators and freezers, providing plenty of room for food storage. In total, there are four full-sized refrigerators at Sable Rock Villa.
This home can comfortably sleep 14 people, giving each party a sense of their own living space and private bathroom.

The principal Master Suite is the epitome of luxury. Laze in front of the gas fireplace, bask in the sunshine of the reading nook with panoramic windows, or lounge in the King-sized bed and watch TV. The relaxation continues to the Master Suite bathroom, where a freestanding resin bathtub invites you to soak. No time for a bath? Don't worry; there's also a shower!

The second Master Bedroom has its own private office, perfect for your workcation. This Master has a King-sized bed, gas fireplace, TV, and private full bathroom.
Connecting these two Master Bedrooms is a communal area furnished with a kitchenette, wet bar and poker/card table.

On the opposite side of the reception area, you'll find the second suite. The second suite comprises a family room, the subsidiary Master Suite, and a kid's bedroom. Comfortable for gaming or watching movies together, the family room features a complete entertainment center as well as a queen mattress for the 6th sleeping area.

Separated by rustic sliding barn doors is the subsidiary Master Suite. This Master Suite has a king-sized bed, TV, gas fireplace, and attached full bathroom. The Kid's Bedroom caters to young children with a bunk bed, a TV, and its own bathroom.
A covered pathway leads to the third suite; the garage has been turned into a game lounge. The game lounge supplies a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, bikes, vintage arcade game, cornhole, and card tables. You'll also find paddleboards generously provided by the host. Guests are welcome to use the paddle boards, perfect for exploring the famous surrounding Cascade Lakes!

The garage's air conditioning and heating will keep the party comfortable all summer or winter.
The playful members of the group won't ever need to leave the game lounge, thanks to the furnished wet bar, fridge, and freezer. The poker table converts to a dining table for meals in the game lounge.

The attached dorm-style 4th bedroom has heated floors, air conditioning, and a TV. The sleeping arrangements in the dorm bedroom are L-shaped trundle bunk beds: full mattresses on the bottom and twins on top, plus a separate, solitary queen bed. The dorm bathroom features a walk-in shower.
Directly outside the dorm bedroom is a second patio where outdoor seating surrounds a fire pit, perfect for grabbing a blanket and getting cozy nights under the stars.

If you need a workout or a swim, you can head over to the Quarry Pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day, where the zero-line pool is warm and welcoming. The Caldera Springs Lake House offers a complimentary workout room for vacationing guests. Outside of the home, a five-mile walking and biking path will guide you through the forested wildlife of the Caldera Springs area.
