It is a convenient and central location to all attractions in Northwest Arkansas including shopping, restaurants, bike trails, and local breweries!

Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if our company is responsible for payment collection.

Simply Perfect!
Everything was just like the pictures and in many ways better! Quiet place at the end of a cul de sac. Very nice and comfortable amenities. Extremely clean! Everything you need in a kitchen and we did a lot of cooking. The patio grill came in very handy. I highly recommend this location and hope to stay again.

comfortable property but...
The property was very clean and comfortable. We chose this property due to its proximity to U of A campus. While it is about 1 mile away, I would not say it is walkable, which was a negative. Our group is fit and range in age from 30-60 and no one wanted to walk the long steep hill. Also the whole rental process was very inconvenient ! The long contract, sending selfies, photos of drivers licenses, not having check in info until 1 hour prior to arrival, etc was way too much. While the property was comfortable I would probably not rent this again mostly due to the rental process.

This place was perfect. There were ample towels and washcloths. They had q-tips and cotton balls. There were extra pillows and sheets as well as extra blankets. They had LOTS of coffee and all that is needed for that. As promised, the kitchen was fully stocked. It is the first rental in which I did not have to run to the store for an essential item. The location is perfect—central to U of A and downtown, but on a quiet cul-de-sac. My son and I loved it.

Convenient spot in Fayetteville
We loved our stay here! The duplex was plenty spacious enough for my family of four. My two four-year-olds navigated the stairs easily and enjoyed the TV with access to Disney+. Our highlight was watching deer out the front window of the living room. I didn't realize that the unit did not come with a bath tub, but my kids actually enjoyed the shower with the detachable nozzle. Though we didn't get much chance to use it, the kitchen was set up conveniently, and the wine and chips were a nice touch. My only fault is that the toilet bowl downstairs was a little dirty. It thankfully went away with a couple of flushes, but I would expect it to be totally clean upon arrival. Everything else appeared spotless. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

A perfect retreat!
The house is nestled in the woods with a nice hiking trail just outside the door. We had an excellent experience with the property manager. She was She was easy to get a hold of and promptly responded to my communications. The house has everything that you would need for that you might forget. Quiet place close to everything
This is a duplex,kitchen/living half bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms/full bath/laundry room downstairs. It's located at the dead end of the street so there's no traffic and it's quiet. The deck off the kitchen overlooks a wooded area, it was very nice having morning coffee outside with all the birdies chirping. The full bath has double sinks and a shower with great water pressure. Shampoo and conditioner was provided. The water pressure is great. The kitchen has everything for cooking, although we didn't. The owner left us a nice bottle of wine on the counter to welcome us. The Coffee Nook is awesome, everything you need for a great cup of coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

First impression...Uh Oh
We arrived on a dreary, rainy day and the carport and color of the house down in the bottom of the driveway looked pretty dismal. then we went in and got settled and found it was a nice place to stay. Very roomy, lots of storage space, nice shower and wonderful kitchen. There was one firm be and one soft bed. It was great to have a bed that we liked. The next day with the sun out, the outside looked better, but still it should be painted be a better color! Next time in Fayetteville I will look to see if this is available.

Cozy Oak House
Really nice place, tucked up into a hilly/woodsy spot. A hoot owl woke us up one morning which we loved. Great floor plan, good TV options, close to Harp's and Walmart - one in either direction - and downtown Fayetteville. In warmer weather, the deck would be lovely. All in all, a great stay!

Comfortable stay in a convenient location
We rented this property for a single night taking our son on a campus visit to the University of Arkansas. The property was great! You could tell that the interior had been renovated/updated, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for three people. The location near the university was very convenient. This is a perfect duplex located in north Fayetteville. Two bedrooms with a bathroom/shower downstairs. Living area, kitchen and half bath upstairs. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway and stores. Very clean. Everything you need is available.
