The Space:
As you step into this charming townhouse, you are greeted by a welcoming ambiance that combines modern amenities with cozy furnishings. The living area is spacious and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring downtown Bentonville.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals, making it convenient to enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay. The bedrooms are elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable retreat for a good night's sleep.

Perfect Place
Wow! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Linda’s Nest. We enjoyed staying there for a mom/daughter weekend getaway. The house was immaculate, the kitchen well stocked and only a short walk to downtown. It’s part of a duplex but very quiet. Will definitely stay again.

We loved Linda's Nest! It is ideally located near town - less than a 10 minute walk which meant we were close to great food, drinks and trails! The house was stocked with the essentials plus a few extras and very clean. Would love to come back!

Linda’s Nest is a great place. Very clean, very well stocked with items that most vrbos make you get yourself. It’s the little things that make this rental a step above. Location was great. Walk to the square and Compton gardens. We will be back!!

This was our first time to Bentonville and we had a great stay! The home was absolutely spotless and had amazing amenities - one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed at.
