Summer Getaway
The cabin was adorable, well stocked, and in a great location! Our days started on the screened in back porch, with a cup of coffee and a book. Coming from a larger city, it was so nice to be able to enjoy the quiet and to have a place that was truly like a home away from home. We would love to stay again if we're ever in Berkeley Springs again.

Great weekend getaway!
This is the second time my family has stayed in Amy's property. We did a long weekend last September and again this year for Father's Day weekend. The house has the perfect amount of space for two couples and a small child. We love getting to use the screened in porch in the evenings and having access to a full kitchen to make breakfast and snacks during the day. It's super easy to get to the location and conveniently located right across the street from the pool (which unfortunately was closed on Saturday due to excessive rain and low chlorine levels) and a playground. We got to splash around and the kiddie pool and enjoy the hot tub in the beautiful woodsy setting. Amy was easy to communicate with and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Relax on the screened-in porch
The Little Red Cabin is the perfect place for relaxation. My husband and I spent a full week there and enjoyed every minute. We spent 3 days just relaxing at the cabin -- didn't miss TV, brought music, books, and wine. Just loved the screened-in porch. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans to prepare a meal. Plenty of hot water and a wonderful shower and jetted tub. The town of Berkeley Springs is marvelous, with lots of shops and places to eat. Harpers Ferry was an hour away but worth the drive. Cacapon State Park is close by. All in all, the Little Red Cabin was one of the nicest places we've stayed, and we definitely hope to return!

It is a great place, ideal to relax and wind down. The property is great. The communal pool and hot tub were closed for the season, but we enjoyed walks around in the woods. The cabin was very cozy. It has a wonderful screened porch, and I look forward to returning in the spring to enjoy it!

We had a pleasant weekend stay. The cabin was clean and welcoming. Although we didn’t cook any meals at the cabin, the kitchen seemed well stocked and had everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms got rather warm at night with the doors closed; however, there were fans in each room. Communication with owner was prompt and positive. We would def consider rebooking in future.

quiet neighborhood cabin
The cabin is close to the town of Berkeley Springs. Some small shops in town and places to eat (but many eateries are closed Mon, Tue and/or Wed). Country Inn was always open and very nice! The neighborhood was very quiet and the cabin very easy to get to. It had most things you might need. We were excited to try the pool we saw in the pictures (once we found out where it was; there were no signs for it) but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. We walked up but it was locked/closed and hard to see the actual pool. We day-tripped to Harpers Ferry & Shepherdstown, both great visits. With only good intentions for the host and future renters, we would like to leave some suggestions and honest reviews. The house did have a lot of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling/windows, on all fan/light fixtures over the beds, kitchen table and livingroom. It wouldn't take too long to dust or vacuum those away and it would make a much better first impression. If we could also suggest adding cookie/baking sheets and large rectangular casserole dishes so the oven could be used for larger items and some non stick frying pans that might help others who would plan to stay in and cook. The main floor bed mattress was extremely firm ? and very uncomfortable so maybe a foam topper or new mattress would help. Thank you for letting us use your cabin for a quick 31st anniversary trip sway from home.

Great little spot in the woods!
What a wonderful cabin! Just perfect for a trip with another couple. Had everything we needed. The screened in porch was a hit! The peacefulness and tranquility of the site along with the sounds of hundreds of birds chirping in the background made for perfect place to have a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
