We had a BBQ dinner and soak in the hot tub after a long day at the tennis courts. Tim was very easy to communicate with and helped make our stay wonderful. We would recommend this house for sure!“

It's only a 5 minute drive to the tennis grounds. It's located ina quiet, upscale neighborhood - walking distance from a supermarket, Starbucks, KFC, etc. We walked the first day to the tournament, and it only took 25 minutes.The house itself is well maintained. Big kitchen, cozy bedrooms, inviting living room, plenty of outdoor ...

So many wonderful amenities - fire pits, large pool with lagoon, hot tub, game room, pool table and ping pong table, putting green,basketball hoop, outside eating areas, lounge chairs, wall of living area opens completely to the backyard. But many things in disrepair. Lights, appliances, AC control, outdoor lights, porch heaters, fireplace. Hoped that we could get some money back because so many things were wrong but no luck. “
