„We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! „Captain Ron is my favorite host so far! He met me at the dock on the cold dark pouring rain, to make sure I got aboard and was comfortable. And the next day, kept me posted on the tide situation. „Great getaway for Christmas. The cabin is beautiful. Enjoyed the fireplace and games. Just far enough to feel like you really got away from things but still close enough to all the attractions. This place would be amazing in warmer weather being right on the water. “

„Great property manager, great communication! Property is clean and accommodating (especially for my mom who uses a wheelchair/walker due to bad knees. „WaterView Manor House was a nice quiet setting for our family gathering. Walks through the trees or to the gazebo to take in the view were relaxing. There was ample sleeping space for our large family! "The staff at the Graduate Richmond are amazing. The food we had at the rooftop hit the spot. The only ‘negative’ aspect was the fan in the bathroom. Whenever you would turn on the light it started blating. It was quite annoying."
