The home sits on 1.5 acres of lush green pasture with Balinese pavilion and jacuzzi for a spa feel, fire pit and BBQ area, chooks and veggie patch. Inside it is light and spacious featuring 4 bedrooms, large main bathroom and stunning interiors.
The space
The space features an on trend monochromatic colour scheme, lush linens and tasteful furnishings and décor.

Even more sensationally, travel through the front or back doors to uncover multiple outdoor dining and sitting areas. The house is abound with entertaining spaces and plenty of room for the kids to play whilst you relax around the fire pit with a glass of chilled rose and a decadent cheese board of local South Coast delicacies. You can find these tantalising treats in many of Berry’s local stores or at the weekly farmer’s market.

To seal the deal, the property also features a Balinese retreat. The designated space is planted out with tropical plants and genuine Balinese artifacts carefully curated from the owners’ travels. Central to this space is a Balinese style gazebo with an enclosed jacuzzi where you can unwind after a long day sightseeing or just enjoying the space.
