„Top Fewo (Lage, Aussicht, Ausstattung, Größe, Einrichtung) ABER: aktueller Zustand sehr verschmutzt , insbesondere die Küche und das Bad (z. B. Geschirr noch schmutzig vom Vorgänger, Backofen nicht benutzbar wegen Dreck), Schmutz wurde nur in die Ecken geschoben, Spüler nur nutzbar nach Selbstbau eines Abstandshalters. SCHADE um so ein schönes Objekt!!!“
