„Ein kleines Hotel am ruhigen Ende von Fenwick. Sehr sauber, übersichtlich und stylisch. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte eine Küchenzeile mit großem Kühlschrank. Der Balkon war leider zur Hauptstraße und daher kein schöner Platz zum Relaxen. Aber es gibt ganz viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Foyer und auf dem Rooftop. Frühstückspaket ist kein Büffet. Strand ist um die Ecke. Hotel ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! “

„The Sea Colony property is lovely and well kept. It feels safe and secure no matter what time of day. It was also quiet and people were very respectful. It is easy to walk everywhere on the property and there are so many pools that we never felt crowded. Generally clean - except for dust cobwebs , dirty oven , dirty lawn furniture and deck , stained and very outdated toilet and tub . A/C very loud but worked. „We had a lovely balcony with morning sun overlooking a couple trees and another property. The worst thing probably was the complete lack of an elevator but as it was only 3 floors it was not THAT bad. They had a small pool in the center of the hotel, not inside, but surrounded by the staircases and halls. The beach was a short 1.5 block walk to the entrance over the dunes.
