„At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in" ...

„Just returned from a 6 night stay at this Bethany Beach home. Firstly, the home itself and the gated community were beautiful. We always felt safe and comfortable. The house is as advertised. Nice balance of aesthetics and function. Close enough to downtown Bethany, the beach & food options but far enough away too. The only drawback was the proximity to Hwy 1 for noise. We unfortunately stayed during Bike Week in Ocean City without knowing and the constant stream of motorcycles was not pleasant. ...

„We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The bedrooms/bathrooms/family room and downstairs layout were so perfect for our group of family friends with lots of teens! We used all the areas - including the outside carport and deck. The kitchen was really well stocked, and so were the towels/sheets etc. Caroline was a wonderful and responsive host - we didn’t have any issues, just a question or 2 and she responded immediately. We would stay here again! “

Auch zum Zentrum des sehr schönen und gepflegten Ortes Bethany Beach sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Der Ort ist ruhig und nicht sehr touristisch, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Die Vermieterin Dianne ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Zum Outlet Center in Rehoboth fährt man ca. 15 min mit dem Auto. „The location was great with a very short drive to the beach. The back deck and porch were great for the whole family. The house clearly had some appliance and other home upgrades (dishwasher, refrigerator, roof, and TV's). The beds were comfortable. However the house had a musty moist stinky smell in a lot of rooms. Water spots on the ceiling. Some rooms did not seem like they have been cleaned all summer. There were bottles left under a bed, dog fur all over, dust, and spider webs in corners, ...
