Tucked away in Lake Bethany, just a few minutes drive to the beautiful ocean beaches of Bethany. When not enjoying the sand, surf, restaurants or unique shops in town, you can keep up with your exercise routine... Lake Bethany offers community tennis and a kayak launch. There's room for the whole family with a great open floor plan and a huge screened porch. So many great features in this vacation home: CAC, Outdoor Shower, Gas Grill, 2 smart TVs, WiFi, plenty of off-street parking + 2 Bethany Beach parking permits. One dog is permitted with a minimum $300 pet fee. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Guests pay a $170 Cleaning fee for all stays. No Smoking or Cats please. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks.
