„We had a great time boating and enjoying this lakeside home. The house was clean inside, and spacious as pictured. We also loved visiting Screw Auger Falls and Moose Caves…just a short drive away. I suggest that there be more kitchen towels available as well as washcloths in the bathrooms. The outside of the home could’ve used some cleanup as well. “

„Had a great stay at the Thaddeus Twitchell house during our winter break. The house fit our large group of 16 very comfortably with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was excellent as our main goal was to ski at Sunday River. The house was about 8 mins drive to the resort. Overall a great stay!“

„We booked the house to celebrate my father’s birthday. It nicely accommodated 3 families with a bunk room for the kids downstairs. The alligator across the hall was a bit scary for young children, so beware opening doors. The hot tub was a nice touch, although we struggled to keep it at temperature. Location was perfect for mountain access and remote Mountain View’s. We enjoyed snow shoeing, skiing and sledding locally. “

„The hotel is located in a beautiful setting. The suite was very neat and comfortable, staff was friendly as well. I loved the fireplace which was so easy to handle! On the contrary I was unlucky to be located next to a private tenant who started construction works at 8.30 am, making it impossible to linger any longer in the suite. However, my complaints were immediately addressed by the management and they made sure that the works did not bother me again on the next morning. That was remarkable ...

„The house was AMAZING! Had a wonderful time We had a pretty big group and the house was comfortable enough for all of us including kids and a dog. Did not feel crowded at all. „Richard was the ultimate host. Responsive and accommodating. There was a last minute issue with the original unit we reserved and Richard notified us ASAP with a detailed explanation. He then proceeded to move us to the other unit without even asking, which had amazing views of Cranmore mountain. The unit was clean, quiet and in an excellent, centralized location to skiing, shopping and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and will be looking into booking again for next year’s trip.“

„Drive-up motel entrance so we can go in and out of room close to car and not have steps or lobby to contend with. We could bring our ski gear in easily to room. Very clean, everything we needed, great king mattress, hot water, good heat. You do need earplugs because of the truck traffic that downshift in front of motel, and if you are a light sleeper, it could wake you in the early morning. “
