Cozy lake house with private beach

This is a waterfront cottage on Songo Pond near Bethel. Four bedrooms and two baths. Kitchen has been updated and is fully equipped. Three season porch adds seating and you can even sleep there on the day bed or just take a nap. This cottage is a great spot to spend your summer days in Maine. Right on the pond so you can spend your day lounging in the water. The lawn makes a great spot for everyone to gather for a cookout. On the main floor there is the washer and dryer one full bath, kitchen, dining, living area and one bedroom. Also the three season porch. On the second level there is bedroom two which has a king size bed and a sitting area. Bedroom three has a set of bunks, Bedroom four has two single beds and a full size bed. Also on the second level there is a full bath with a jet tub. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.
