„We very much enjoyed our time in Potrero and this house was perfect and spacious for family of 5 adults. It was nice to have AC in the bedrooms to get ready and to sleep. The master BR and bath are very large and the views are stunning. The kitchen and family room area do not have AC but there are plenty of ceiling fans. The kitchen is well appointed. „Overall, the stay was really amazing. We stayed January 2-10. The beach was so close, which made an easy walk for our family of 6 - we traveled with our 8, 6 and 4 year olds, and a 4 month old baby. The beach was quiet when we were there, on a long stretch there were never more than 5 or 6 groups of people. It was perfect for us. „The road up the hill is absolutely horrible even by Costa Rica standards. But the house is better than the photos. The only knock I can give it is one of the bedrooms is downstairs and you have to go up the outside stairs to reach the rest of the house and it doesn’t have hot water in the bathroom. The view is breathtaking and Silvia is an absolute sweetheart and does a great job. All in all I highly recommend it. “

„The property was very comfortable. The garden and pool areas were lovely. We were there during record breaking rain, but still enjoyed our time there. The grounds keepers kept the area clean of storm debris, giving us a beautiful view.“

„This property has three units. The units are in the back of the property and the pool (great pool) is right off the beach. There is a resident iguana that hangs around the palms by the pool. The units are small, but have everything you need. We stayed in one of the upper units which gave us a lovely view for breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The only negative we would have is there is not a lot of space to put your clothes away.“
