„We had a perfect stay at this wonderful house very close to Playa Penca. There was nothing we missed. The house is fully equipped, very comfortable and neat. Thanks to Melissa and Richard who were very kind hosts.“

„First time to Costa Rica! Our VRBO was awesome! Yard and pool very well kept! Safety never a worry! Kitchen had everything we need with full size fridge which came in handy when we needed to freeze our fish to take home! Space was small, but we spent most of our time there either on the patio , by the pool or walking on the beach! The manager was very helpful. Great place to stay!“

„Very pleased with property. We had stayed there in 2019 also. A couple disappointments, only four lounge chairs around pool. Pictures show 5. Two of them were pretty worn. We had 11 adults so four lounge chairs did not work well. Although the property had added beach chairs since our last visit so we used those around pool.Rita the chef was really special!!! Her good was outstanding! Also the landscaping was tired and not well kept. “

„We are Family friends that took our kids on a senior spring break trip. Just a small group of 11. Jimmy was amazing and booked EVERYTHING for us. From transportation to/from the airport to all the best excursions to just traveling to the town next door. The house was such a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. A couple great bakeries too! We would love to come back to this property or even try the sister property down the beach. Absolutely amazing trip! “

„12 of us stayed for 7 days, more than enough room for everyone, right on the beach. If you don’t want to swim or sit on the beach, you have a lovely pool and Jacuzzi to sit in. Watch the sunset every evening. Had a chef come in two nights to cook for us that was wonderful. Tony, our concierge took care of everything for us planned all our trips and it was amazing. „This was our family’s first international trip. The condo was perfect for us. Our kids, 14, 12, and 10, had a blast in the pool and ocean. The boogie boards were so fun to have and provided for hours of entertainment. The location was spectacular. We loved the beach - it was so quiet and peaceful and you can’t beat the view. There were several restaurants around for us to visit, but we also enjoyed the kitchen in the condo for most of our breakfasts and lunches. I am so glad we chose this condo ...

„Great place to stay, we enjoyed watching all the wildlife, birds, and even had a few of the locals for a visit (dogs & cats). House had everything that we needed and a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Communication with Patricia was very easy, she was very accommodating.
