This was my first visit to a hotel with no reception personnel. However, the instructions were good and I was able to check in on the machine and receive a room key. I speak some German, so that helped in following the registration instructions. The only complaint is that the door was left ajar on two occasions by the cleaning staff. It required a slight slam to get it to close properly. It is very convenient to public transportation, shopping and good. There was a great breakfast spot one-half block away.

The first room had mold in the bathroom and I asked to be moved and upgraded, which they did.

People in apartments across the street are a little loud - but that might have been because the euros football was on at the time. Great buffet breakfast! Also a note - you can chose not to get your room cleaned in order to get a free drink coupon.

"We stayed in a family room and the kids loved the fold down bunk beds, however the air conditioning in our room did NOT work at all and only ever so slightly cooled the room, which was incredibly uncomfortable when I had an awful stomach bug for a day during our stay and was stuck in a hot stuffy ..."
