Worst hotel ever.
No customer service.
Dirty, unsafe, unpleasant smell.
We arrived 30 min early and the guy told as that there is a $45 fee for early check in even though he stated that our room was ready. That’s low and I didnot appreciated that expecially with 2 kids with me. We decided to leave and come back on checkin time and when we got to our lakeview room the only accurate thing was the fact that you could see the lake from room. Room was nothing like pictures on the website. It was dirty sheets had hair on them and it seemed like they were never changed. Beds were not comfortable at all. Heater was not working and we had to call someone twice to fix it but even after his 2 trips to our room it didnt work. The only heating source we had was fire place. And if it was not enough for my family’s worst hotel experiance around 7 pm we came back from dinner and saw water coming down bathroom’s silling. We went to office to notify them there was no one, tried to call the number again no answer. We end up not sleeping at night because of that water noice. After sleepless night we tried to leave as soon as possible and around 8 am there was no one again in the office. We had to wait an hour untill someone came and we checked out. We told the guy at the office about everything he apologized and promised to make things right after he talkes to his boss. Still nothing from managment and to tell the truth I am not waiting anymore. It was the hotel experiance ever.
