Summary:
Welcome to your Adventure! What you're viewing is a beautifully furnished and decorated home for your stay in Billings.

You'll find TV's IN EVERY ROOM, a GAME ROOM ready for some family fun and memories to be made!

You'll find yourself less than a .5-mile walk to the YELLOWSTONE RIVER or a 6-minute drive to Josephine Lake where you'll find day areas for picnics, hiking trails, biking trails & fishing.

You'll be nestled in a NEW MODERN and QUIET neighborhood just south of I-90.

The Space:
The home is quiet and extremely clean!

With the fully finished basement, there is lots of space for the family to spread out. We have a movie room, kids' bunk room, and a game room all downstairs with their own bathroom. The game room can also function as a quiet space for remote working as well with a table and a bar-top.

Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. As well as a fully stocked kitchen and a family room right off the kitchen.

Guest Access:
The entire home is yours!

The Neighborhood:
Quiet family-oriented neighborhood. On the weekends you may see kids selling lemonade on the street corners, playing in the large open areas, riding bikes, and walking dogs.

Other Things to Note:
At this time we do not offer access to the garage.

Interaction with Guests:
Feel free to message us all you’d like - we’re available if you need anything! However, we won’t bother you unnecessarily.

Wonderful house and neighborhood!
We stayed here on a family vacation. The house is immaculate and cozy. The downstairs game room and tv area was great for hanging out. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. There is a fabulous walking trail a block away. Loved our stay!

Amazing place!
I was very happy and impressed with our stay here. The home was in a great location and close to everything we were wanting to do. Check in was simple, there was plenty of available street parking for our family. Home was very clean and there was stocked coffee pods, grounds, and creamer which was a huge plus! There was plenty of cookware and a dishwasher. There was also popcorn stocked downstairs which was great. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The laundry room was stocked with laundry pods and dryer sheets. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. I would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting our family in Billings.

My hubs and I drove up from California, our middle daughter came with her two kiddos from Washington State and our two oldest grandsons came from Wyoming! All to see our youngest daughter and SIL along with our newest grandson who live in Billings! This home was clean, and perfect for us! Great location and fantastic hosts!!

Great vacation home in Billings!
We could not have been more pleased with the property! The owners communicated well, paid careful attention to details and we had everything we needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Loved the decor and the touches of humor in the home info binder. It was perfect for local family to visit and relax with us. It would also be an excellent place for larger families to stay. If we make it back to this area, we would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome stay!
We stayed 4 days and enjoyed walks to the river and in the neighborhood. Loved the community. We even attended an event at the park where there was live music, food, drinks, face painting and lots of friendly people and dogs. The house was comfy and clean. Appreciated the doggie gate so my small didn’t wonder downstairs. The house is just a few minutes drive to everything. Definitely a place we’ll return to.

The home was beautiful and in a quaint neighborhood. The walls were a bit thin (you could hear the neighbors in the next house), but that was okay. There was quite a bit of trash in the garbage can outside, but we tried to shove it down to accommodate our own trash while we were there. It got a bit warm in the afternoon in the upper area of the house, but the basement was quite cool. Overall, the neighbors were nice, the house was clean and beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay.

Good place to stay for a larger family or group for several days.
Only needed to stay one night on our way through. This neighborhood has always been one of my moms favorites so thought we would stay here to the start of our road trip. The house is beautiful. We only used the upstairs so the cost was a little high for only one night with the owners fees. Would stay again if we had more nights to spread out costs.
