Enjoy a spacious, upscale stay while you visit Big Sky Country. Our townhome is centrally located in Billings- you will be within 5-10 minutes of numerous restaurants, shopping and walking trails. Unwind on the patio while you enjoy Montana's beautiful summer evenings or cozy up by the fireplace during our colder months.
This clean, unique townhome is suited for up to 8 people, making it a great choice for family trips. With 3500 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room to make yourself at home. A fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, great storage and comfortable common areas will ensure convenience for longer stays.
Street parking is available in addition to an attached 2 car garage. A specific-to-you keypad code will be given at check-in.

Great Billings Stay
The place was perfect for us and two of our son's families. Plenty of room for everyone and nice kitchen/dining room space. Beds were comfortable and had a great time looking at and discussing the art work around the house. Thanks for having us and would stay again.

Property is in a lovely neighborhood. However, master bed fell apart when we sat on it. Door handle to bedroom fell off when tried to close it. House manual that was supposed to be on dining room table we had to go look for and the real kicker is you have to clean the property and start laundry even though you pay a 200.00 cleaning fee???

Great Condo and location
We had a group of 6 adults for a weekend and the condo worked perfect. It is large and has great spaces for visiting or privacy. The pictures and details are accurate. The location is quiet yet central so everything you’d like to do in Billings is a short drive, some are walkable.

Clean and Spacious
We were in Billings for a family medical emergency that lasted 2 weeks. Having a comfortable home base were we could be together was a real bonus and working with Yardley the property manager was a dream. A couple of notes: The driveway is short, but steep enough that cars parked on it when icy WILL slide on their own. We had a truck slide one day after it was parked and we went inside. No harm, but parking on the street is necessary unless you can get the driveway cleared to the concrete in snow/ice conditions. Also, the master bedroom has his/hers bathrooms. Which is great for a couple staying in there, but makes those 2 bathrooms not easily accessible by other members of your party. The half bath is on the main level and there is a full bath downstairs. I did struggle a bit with the cookware as food tended to stick to it and there were not any really large skillets or a large electric skillet to cook in. I ended up buying an electric skillet so that I could cook in larger quantities. I loved the separate on-demand boiling water faucet on the kitchen sink. So wonderful for tea, etc. The downstairs beds were especially comfortable and we really enjoyed the downstairs family room area with the large TV. The living room fireplace was lovely especially since the temps were -20. The house had no problems keeping us very warm and we actually had to keep both thermostats around 65 in order not get overheated. Highly recommend.

Wonderful host
The property is centrally located. Lovely classic decor, and pretty well placed art work. Lots of space. The interior and kitchen was a little worn and fragile. The owner is a bit particular so I’m not sure I would recommend it for smaller children. In the beginning seemed like there were a lot of rules but the owner is actually a sweetheart and we very much enjoyed this lovely and well appointed home. High marks.

Cool, quirky, beautiful home
Fit eight adults well. Downstairs sectional was used as a bed, as well as for family game night. Two full bathrooms in the master suite, as well as one of the sets of laundry appliances. Brought my own hair dryer, but all the other hygiene needs were included. Great seating for family meals. Neighborhood was nice, and quiet. Easy to get around town and other places.
