Parking - Our property is situated on a bustling street in downtown Birmingham, where metered parking (8am - 6pm, with 2-hr limit) is available on the street or in a nearby paid lot. Please note that the building does not offer on-site parking.

Pool: Our pool is open seasonally from April to November. Please note that pool hours may vary, and we kindly ask you to respect our pool rules for everyone's safety and enjoyment

This is in line with rental regulations and is facilitated through our trusted third-party app, Superhog. The process is quick and easy! Superhog will reach out to you via email or text, offering you a choice between a security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. This helps protect both you as our valued guest and us as your host. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival.
