„This rental property had everything we needed being so close to the beach . The heated bathroom floor in the en suite bathroom was a nice addition. „Nice place. Stayed during a time when it was quite hot and we were happy to have the air conditioning. Lots of space. Shower a tad on the small side but we were only there 2 nights so no big deal. Nice pathway off the back yard. Owners have done a good job.“

„A great place to go with little kids. They loved feeding the horses next door apples and watching the chickens run around. The creek was very peaceful. Lots to explore in the area. „Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr angenehm für uns, dass wir wussten, dass unsere Gastgeberin Jocelyn für uns erreichbar war. Das Haus ist neu und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir konnten uns gut selbstverpflegen. Die Möbel auf der Terasse waren neu und sehr bequem. „The house is fairly new. Appliances are new. Kitchen is well stocked. The Bbq grill is great. The central air conditioner is fantastic! The house is located within walking distance to the ocean and downtown Campbell River. There were 7 of us. The dining table was long enough to accommodate all of us. The mattresses are quite soft. „What a gem! Calm water, crabs everywhere, porpoises out the window. It is a classic Canadian cabin, just like in lake country, except without the mosquitoes but with salmon right outside. We managed to get there in a small open boat (our big one was out of commission) by doing a deal with nearby April Pt Marina.“

„We enjoyed our time at Winter Wren. The unit was very well appointed and clean. We liked the character of the furnishing and decorating and the unit was very spacious for us. The views of Mount Washington ski hill from the living room windows are lovely, and because we were there in July, the area was very quiet. Communication with the hosts was also very good.“
