This is a beautiful brand new home two blocks from downtown Black Mountain! We would love to welcome you as one of our first guests! We are committed to delivering a 5 star stay to each of our guests. Since this property is new we are open to any feedback you can provide after your stay so we know how we can make it better. Since this property is brand new we don't have any reviews so we would appreciate you providing a review after your stay.

We want to provide you with an experience to remember! You will never get bored with a TV in every room and the living room as well as a fire pit and corn hole in the yard.

1st Floor:
Living Room with plenty of seating around the fireplace for all to enjoy!
Kitchen that comes fully stocked with two coffee makers and everything you need to enjoy a meal.
Front porch where you can enjoy the sunset or your morning coffee.
Master Bedroom, Private bathroom, king bed, and a walk out deck
Half Bath

2nd Floor:
Spacious bedroom with King bed
Bedroom, four twin beds (trundle beds pull out from under twin beds)
Full bathroom with shower/bathtub


In the large master bedroom setup there is a comfortable desk and office chair for those who need a space to work. We also provide the fastest WiFi in the area to ensure you can steam meetings or videos.

We have a keyless entry for your convenience while staying in this cottage. Upon booking you will receive a key code that will be activated at time of checkin and enables you to lock and unlock the door as needed throughout your stay. It will be deactivated at day of checkout.

We are a pet friendly location. Just let us know if you’re bringing any furry friends. We only charge a $100 fee. This is for the duration of your stay for each pet.

There's a grill onsite. It's best to bring your own charcoal. And smoking violation is $300.

Family Time
We rented this houses and my son and family rented the house next door. We were in town for my grand daughter's wedding. The location was great. We had a big family dinner at our house that accommodated 10 adults and 10 grandchildren. We loved that the homes were practically new and clean. The open floor plan was perfect. We had a great time at this property! We had 3 couples and 2 dogs stay for NYE weekend. The fenced in yard with the hot tub was great. The inside was new and everything was cleaned and well maintained. It is a little bare on supplies, read the rules and description carefully so you know what you need to bring.

Cozy Cottage; new, quiet and close!
My wife and I stayed in this brand new, spotless Black Mountain home just a mile from downtown while house hunting in November. The quiet, family neighborhood with mature trees all around is a short walk from Lake Tomahawk. Communication with the host and access instructions were clear. Owner always available and responsive. We had zero issues, making it simple and easy to relax and focus on learning about nearby communities. Dogs: allowed and ours travels with us with usual potty and exercise needs, met conveniently in the specified side yard area as well as longer walks around the nearby (1.5 blks away to Lake Tomahawk) park. We were grateful the owners shared their house for our Black Mountain stay. Our experience was just right and met all our needs. We will definitely consider this home again whenever our travels bring us back to the Black Mountain area! Thank you!

We had a wonderful week in Black Mountain with our family of 5. The house was very clean and is new. Abbie was very responsive to questions and very easy/pleasant to work with. I appreciated that the house had dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. For the simple meals we made at the house we found everything we needed in the kitchen, including a crock pot. It was easy to get into Asheville and was a little over an hour to a ski hill which our kids loved. There are lots of waterfall trails not too far away. The town of Black Mountain has a small, nice downtown with cute shops and restaurants. There is also a park within walking distance to the house with a playground, golf course, croquet, tennis court, basketball court, and pool. We also had friends rent the cottage next door and that worked great for 2 families vacationing together.

Nice & Cozy Black Mountain Cottage
Clean house; well-equipped kitchen, pretty much had everything you need. Located close to downtown and local restaurants & services. The street that the house is on is a little dated, but this is one of four cottages on the same street and they’re all new. The owner was very communicative and quick to respond. The only suggestion I would have to improve things is the window blinds don’t exactly fit the windows, but the house being new, I think this might be a temporary solution and would likely be addressed by our next visit.
