Absolute beachfront at Black Point

Superb contemporary beachfront holiday home that caters for up to 9 guests who are looking for a relaxed getaway with a luxurious feel. Architecturally designed to maximise the stunning ocean and beach views of this prized north facing beach.

Featuring polished concrete floors, high raked ceilings and floor to ceiling windows to the beach and sea this home creates a peaceful atmosphere to calm the senses.

The open plan, fully equipped kitchen includes stone benchtops, quality appliances, coffee machine and plenty of bench space for family and friends to gather. Generous dining and living areas with high quality furnishings and interior design open onto a large outdoor deck which features a weber bbq, dining area, living area and an outdoor shower.

A particular feature of this property is the luxurious lawn which stretches from the deck to the sand, a great space for the young to play games whilst the adults enjoy a drink on the deck. An outdoor shower facing the beach completes the outdoor space.

The master bedroom also benefits from large windows looking out onto the ocean.

The property is serviced with bed linen, with your beds made up so you can arrive and start enjoying your holiday straight away! Just bring your own bath and beach towels.

Amazing spot and perfect weather
Black Point is the greatest shack location. The weather turned it on for us in winter with the wind heading over the shack. Very protected indeed. The accommodation had everything we could ever need. A fantastic coffee machine. Beds were extremely comfortable. Love this place well worthwhile.

Amazing beachfront property
We were a family of 3 generations that had the perfect getaway for a week. The house was extremely comfortable and spacious for everyone to enjoy. The house was well heated and the kitchen was perfect to cook up some wonderful feasts. The outside deck and lawn was enjoyed by all - and the beach, what can I say! Being able to enjoy it right from the house was magical. Sunrises, dolphins, pelicans, fishing, swimming, sandcastles, she’ll collecting and big walks. We can’t wait to return and Rosina was the perfect host. Tentative and very informative on area. Lots of other towns to explore and a few wineries within an hrs drive. Great local supermarket 15min drive. But with a house right in the beach with nothing but nature, why would you want to be anywhere else!

Absolutely stunning home
We spent a family weekend in this stunning home and can't say enough how much we loved it! Everything you need is in the home. For family entertaining we so loved the open plan kitchen/dine/lounge opening onto the deck from where you can step onto the beautiful lawn and then onto the stunning beach.
