You will be enchanted when you walk into our 6700 square foot cabin boasting 9 bedrooms (8 king beds!) and 8 bathrooms on 3 acres of land! Our beautiful cabin is located in Blairsville, GA, just minutes from numerous attractions! We have 9 bedrooms, 9 king beds, 2 queen beds and 3 twin bunks. 5 bedrooms have private bathrooms, 2 have attached, but shared baths, and 2 have detached baths down the hall. There is a TV in every bedroom.

**MAIN LEVEL**

SANTA ROOM (master), 2 king beds with adjustable bases that raise up and down with a wireless remote. Attached full bath. Option to share with Snowman room if desired.

SNOWMAN ROOM: 2 queen beds, full bathroom down the hall, or option to share with Santa room if desired.

CARDINAL ROOM: 1 king bed, private full bath

CHRISTMAS TREE ROOM: 1 king bed, private bath, option to share with kitchen area if desired.

Our cabins are FULLY STOCKED with linens, towels, pillows, blankets, full kitchen, and more.

Full refund for cancellations 60 days or more from arrival.

For cancellations less than 60 days no refunds. No changes of dates allowed. You may add a night if available.

Check in time 4 p.m., Check out time 10 a.m.

Personalized 6 digit code will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your trip. You will use this code for an electronic key pad on the front door. No need to pick up keys, go directly to the cabin.

**SECURITY DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION**

On your check-in date, a $500 authorization will be be put on your credit card as a hold. Nothing will be charged to your card unless there are significant damages done. Upon check-out, the authorization will be released 3 days after you leave.

A Christmas we won’t soon forget!
This Christmas cabin is the stuff Christmas dreams are made of! While the cleaning crew in the house before hand leave a lot to be desired, the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful for anything we needed. There is room to play for big groups both inside and out, and the hot tub on a clear night is magical. We loved how organized and labeled everything was- it made it very easy to settle in and feel at home!

My 50th Birthday Celebration!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The Holly Jolly Christmas Cabin is so much more than we could have ever imagined. We cancelled dinner plans twice because the house was cozy and great we did not want to leave! The room sleeps 28 people! We were 14 and had 2 rooms left over! I would recommend this cabin to ANYONE!

Beautiful Property, Perfect for a Large Family Gathering
The Christmas Cabin is an unbelievably beautiful property, particularly if Christmas is your favorite holiday. Our 20+ person wedding party fit comfortably and had plenty of space to sleep, congregate, and 'separate' (when needed). Communication with the hosts was fantastic, and they were very responsive when we initiated the communication. My only suggestion to would-be renters is that you are very aware of the quiet hours posted in respect for the neighborhood. Perfect location for access to destinations in north/northeast Georgia. Thanks so much for hosting our wedding party!

PERFECT for our Large Family! 10 STARS!!!
I wish I could give this place 10 stars! For the last 10 years, my husband and I have rented a large place for our growing family to gather and take a photo in matching pajamas. In our blended family, we have 7 adult children plus spouses/significant others, and 15 grandchildren. We have stayed at MANY large properties over the years. This has been the VERY BEST ONE YET! The whole property is extremely clean and very well-kept. The home is well-stocked and beautifully furnished. The owner, Katherine, is very responsive and accommodating. Because my husband and I do all of the cooking, I was pleasantly surprised that I was sent a detailed list of everything that was provided in the cabin so we did not have to take any unnecessary appliances. Our group ranged in age from 18 months to 73 years, and there was truly something for everyone. We never left the house and we all had a wonderful time. So much so that for the first time since we began our tradition, we plan to come back to this same location next year. If you are looking for a great place for a large group, look no further. The Holly Jolly is a wonderful home to make some great memories!

Great place for family reunion
We had a great stay at the Holly Jolly Christmas Cabin. 11 adults + 14 kids all fit well, with plenty of beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Everything was very clean when we arrived, cabinets and light switches labeled, very clear and thorough instructions for all amenities (TVs, theater room, hot tub, etc.), and good communication with owners whenever we had a question. Overall it was a great experience and we would happily stay there again.

Fantastic 'Cabin'!!
We stayed at Holly Jolly for a week over the 4th of July, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, spotless, enormous home. The Christmas decor is delightful, and we themed the week 'Christmas in July' with gag gifts and the Saran ball game! My extended family ranges from 20 to 91, and Holly Jolly has something for everyone. Such a peaceful location with privacy, stunning views, wildlife, and lots of room! The location is also wonderful with easy access to grocery stores, golf, pickleball, etc. This was certainly a week for the books! A special thank you to Kurt & Kathryn Heier for their attentiveness and being so willing to go the 'extra mile' for one of our party who is in a wheelchair. I highly recommend this home and these owners!

Perfect for large group - Well-appointed and comfy
We held a company offsite with our 14 employees at the Holly Jolly cabin. The cabin offers so much room and comfort for large groups, and the entertainment spaces provide plenty of room and activity options. The theater room was great for technical presentations we had. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed to cook meals. Great overall experience!

The Best Stay Ever!
I seriously don't know where to begin with this review because there are no words to describe how amazing our state was at this beautiful location. We travel around the world a lot and stay in many privately owned rentals however this one by far was the best we've ever experienced. There was no detail not considered and we had everything we need as we enjoy this beautiful Oasis of an experience and created lifelong memories. The home is magical to say the least and the owner Kathryn should receive an award as the best VRBO host. Her level of communication and accommodation is second to n none and this is c coming from an owner. I seriously could go on but i don't want to ruin the surprise for you. I wish i could give this property 10 stars.

This cabin was a Christmas dream come true. My family had an adults only family reunion and it was a smash hit. The cabin was beautiful and we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves, relax, and grow as a family. In additon to the amazing communication from the owners and care they took in our experince, this was a 10 out of 10 experience. Our family is already talking about returning next year. We cant wait!

Our family has a pre Christmas weekend getaway every December. I believe the Holly Jolly cabin has been our favorite location of all the places we’ve stayed. We are planning to book this beautiful cabin again. The cabin was amazing, very well stocked, very clean, and had the most beautiful decorations. Can’t wait to go back!!

The Best!
The Holly Jolly Cabin was incredible, simply stunning!. We had a large group of people, everyone from infants to kids to teens to young adults and older folks, there was space, accessibility and everything you could possibly need for every age group. The house was huge, but you still felt all gathered together without being on top of each other and plenty of areas to relax with spacious beautiful rooms too. All the beds were super comfortable, the extra kitchen downstairs came in so handy and the game room + theatre was SUCH a hit. We had only one minor issue with the gas and it was fixed immediately, the host were so great with quick communication. This house was fully stocked and really had everything you could need!!. The location is also perfect, the property is stunning and we were easily able to explore Helen, Blairsville, Blue Ridge and everything in between. We gathered our family here to celebrate my parents 60th birthdays and 35th wedding anniversary, it was such a special vacation and the Holly Jolly cabin truly helped make it so incredible and memorable, everyone raved about how beautiful and accommodating the house and location was and I hope and pray we get to stay here again!.

Family Paradise
We loved this large home for our big family vacation. It was peaceful, fun and close to hikes, waterfalls, great scenery. The beds were fantastic. The kids loved the large yard and creek. We thought it was great and the Christmas decor made us feel like being in a Hallmark movie! The hosts are top notch. Highly recommend.

Incredible Cabin for Friends & Family
This was the best cabin we have ever rented: we take an annual trip to North Georgia each February with our friends and family. This was the first year that I felt like we truly had enough room for EVERYONE. The place was clean, extremely well equipped, and so incredibly spacious. Normally we have to stop at the grocery store immediately after arrival -- not the case here. They have done such a great job ensuring that you will have everything that you will need. The patio was well maintained, the theatre room was exactly the thing we didnt know we needed, and we loved sitting by the big fire in the living room. If you have a large family, a large group of friends, or just need a space where everyone has privacy but can come together, look no further. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and had thought about everything in their instructions.

Blairsville's Best!
We stayed in the Holly Jolly cabin with family for the Thanksgiving holiday and this property has become one of our favorites. As an annual family trip each year it has become more difficult to find cabins big enough to fit a large group and to have all the amenities and things we need to vacation during Thanksgiving. This property met all those needs and was beautifully decorated throughout for Christmas which we also love!! The layout of the cabin was perfect for us and the teenagers loved having the downstairs bunk area as their own little apartment for the week! The game room had all the fun things to do and allowed for us to spend good quality time together. It was so very helpful having the two full kitchens to cook our Thanksgiving meal, not to mention they were stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook, bake, and serve just as if we were at home. There was not anything we needed that they did not have. The cabin also comes with some items to use or get you started that other cabins generally do not offer such as dishwasher soap, paper towels, spices, sugar, flour, etc. Makes it very convenient when needing just a bit and not wanting to buy a large amount for a little usage. The coffee bar was one of our favorite places to gather around in the kitchen in the mornings and the fire pit in the yard in the evenings. The property outside is also very spacious with hammocks to relax on, tetherball for the kids (or adults lol) to play, a swing, fire pit, and huge yard to run and play. There is so much more we can say about this property that we loved but I will conclude with the fact that no one, kids or adults, wanted to leave this piece of heaven we had found tucked away in the mountains. It was confirmed we had chosen the perfect place when we received our check in instructions and saw the wi-fi password! I guess you will have to check it out for yourself. :)
