Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. „When i arrived at the hotel it was pouring rain, doors were locked and a lady sat at the desk on her phone. I rang the bell several times and she didnt even acknowledge my presence. After approximately 5 minutes she finally did come to window. At checkout at 11:00am, i went to office to turn room keys in and check out, again door locked, no one ever came to door or window so i had to leave key on window edge. Also i had call the office for Wi-Fi password however i was never able to get on wifi.  ...

„Der Pool wurde während unserer 5 Übernachtungen nicht gereinigt. Trozdem waren Familien mit Kindern im Pool. Der Dreck war am Grund stark zu sehen und keine Reinigungsanlage war in Betrieb, das bei 35° C außentemperatur. Nach dem ersten Bad trauten wir uns nicht meh rein.“

„Direkt an der Interstate gelegen, aber dennoch nicht zu laut oder unkomfortabel. Etwas schwer mit dem Navi zu finden, lässt sich aber machen. Ansonsten für den Preis absolut in Ordnung.“
