„The house was perfect for our crew. The hosts were so kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and if we needed tips on what to do during our stay. Great location to the beach and Downtown area “

„The apartment was perfect for my elder parents. They only had a few steps to enter into their residence (and was perfect for the added privacy and being able to head to bed early). In addition to the apartment, we rented the house for our family, and my siblings (including their children). Since we were up at varied times, it gave my parents the peace and quiet they needed. As I stated in my house review, Douglas was immediately responsive to any questions and addressed any needs! “

„We rented several of the properties for a week-long vacation with extended family and had a wonderful time! The shared lawn with games and picnic tables was amazing, and the houses were very comfortable and clean - outdoor showers were a favorite for everyone (kids and adults alike)! Easy drive or walk to many beaches - would definitely recommend!“

„Had a wonderful weekend enjoying all the amenities this property had to offer! Tom was a pleasure to rent from! Definitely plan on revisiting it again!!“

The host has literally thought of everything and there is so much to do on the property that is included we couldn’t believe it. There is a town beach and state beach just around the corner and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby. We enjoyed coffee on the large deck in the morning and trips out on the pond with the kayaks. It is the perfect place to get again and enjoy some peace and quiet. Homeowners reached out after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. “

„Updated, well maintained home with numerous thoughtful amenities. Central location for everything to do in Rhode Island! Block Island day trip? Ferry 10min away., Newport for a day. ? 30 minutes away. East Matunuck beach 3 minutes away! Parking lot full there? At least 6 other beaches within 10 minutes! Best restaraunt in RI (Matunuck Oyster Bar) 3 minutes away. Host (Alison) VERY responsive. An absolutely perfect place for a Rhode Island vacation!“

Great location with an according price!

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral in New Shoreham, und nach hinten grenzt das Hotel direkt an einen Strand. Es gibt ein Restaurant, eine Beachbar und eine Frühstücksbar mit gutem Essen. Die Atmosphäre ist cool, die Einrichtung geschmackvol, modern, minimalistisch. Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strand, war aber aber extrem klein (besonders bei einem Preis von über 700$ pro Nacht). Was sehr schade, aber auch sehr amerikanisch war: das Essen wurde in allen Bereichen, auch im Restaurant, auf Wegwerf-Geschirr präsentiert. "
