We walked everywhere in South Haven and while at the cottage, swam in the pool, read books on the deck of the pool house, played ping pong in the pool house and had a fire each night out front. The beach is also right across the street. It was perfect.“

„What a GREAT property! We loved the warm welcome with a little chalk sign! The beach-themed décor made us feel that vacation vibe right away. Our little ones absolutely loved seeing the wildlife that visited the yard each day: deer, turkeys, and even a ground hog. The beds were comfortable and the couches gave us a great hangout to watch TV together. The location is excellent, being just a quick drive to downtown, but being away so that it could also be quiet. „The rental was a great space for my parents, dog and I. We would wake and walk into town for our morning exercise, watch movies in the evening on the porch and rock on the front porch after spending the day out in town or checking out new spots. My mom couldn’t do the walk to town and walk downtown - so we still needed to park downtown for her. Luckily it was an ‘off’ season so we did t have to worry about parking! Lovely home!“

„Great place to stay right on the waterfront! The views were amazing, weather was perfect and the water was so calm. The history of the ice house is pretty interesting. The only other thing I would comment on is the fact that the two rooms are semi-private. So I would say be sure you are staying with family or close friends that you don't mind having a bit of openness to the rooms. We really enjoyed our stay!“

„Cozy cabin in a nice region of Michigan, away from major cities but not too rural. Cabin was overall very clean, but there were a few spider cohabitors and many spiderwebs in various corners of the house. Nice if you are looking to getaway from the city. “
