Upon entering the house from the back of the building you will need to climb about six steps to get in the front door. When entering the house you'll find three generously sized bedrooms on each side of the hallway. The interior design and furnishings exude an air of elegance and comfort. At the end of the hallway, the space opens up to a sprawling kitchen and family room, complete with a 70-inch TV, Roku, and an electric fireplace. Comfortable leather couches and expansive windows provide magnificent views of downtown Blowing Rock. Additionally, the space extends to a massive 718-square-foot artificial turf-covered deck overlooking Main Street, perfect for taking in the scenery.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with a new gas stove, gas cooktop, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, large stainless steel refrigerator, and a substantial kitchen island with white marble countertops and a gleaming gold-colored faucet. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils, cutting boards, coffee makers, including a Keurig with initial K Pods, a regular coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, baby high chair, Pack N Play, and more. The dining area comfortably seats 10 people at a handcrafted wooden resin table imported from Turkey, with an additional six seats available at the kitchen bar top. The house is fully stocked with all the essential appointments to make you and your guests feel at home.

For entertainment, the house provides games like Connect 4, UNO, Monopoly, and Texas Hold'em cards and chips for rainy days. Outdoor fun is facilitated with cornhole boards on the large deck. Each bedroom is furnished with queen-size beds and smart TVs, allowing guests to personalize their streaming experience with their own login accounts, including Roku TVs. Curtains that can be drawn for privacy are provided on all windows. The most incredible trip!
Just returned from this beautiful property and I cannot wait to go back. Everything we needed was within walking distance, and the amenities were incredible. We rented the house for a family vacation (4 couples). There is plenty of room for everyone to come together for meals/table games or to spread out for quiet time. There are many luxury upgrades, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The patio is fabulous with grill, plenty of seating, corn hole and hammock. We were here during the storm. Steve checked on us more than once. There was also an issue with the ice maker that was fixed the next day. I highly recommend this property for large groups

Amazing Property in the Heart of Blowing Rock
We had an amazing time at this property! The perfect spot for a larger group to enjoy beautiful Blowing Rock. Walking distance to everything you need, easy parking, good communication with the host, and of course an amazing place to stay. Will definitely be looking to book again in the future!

Lovely accommodations. Being in town was amazing. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the shopping in very unique shops. After the heat in the low country of SC the weather was pleasantly “cool” to us. Will be back to the penthouse next year. Maybe sooner.

Great Location

Excellent graduation weekend in Blowing Rock/Boone
We really loved the location of this property as it was right in the heart of downtown Blowing Rock and above a lovely restaurant with great breakfast! The house was clean and well stocked and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a luxury experience in the mountains.

Gorgeous place, perfect location!
Loved loved this place! Luxurious accommodations, from the plush barstools down to the heated toilet seats! :) We loved the location - walked to dinner each night, and played board games in the ample living/kitchen/dining room. Enough bathrooms to go around and when we had a small problem with the fridge, Steve responded immediately. Will definitely stay here again!

What a gorgeous spot! The rental is a perfect location in downtown Blowing Rock with shops for both teens and adults to walk to. We cooked delicious meals in the fabulous kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub, and played cornhole. We were able to walk to hiking trails easily. The owner was helpful when we reached out.

In the heart of all the mountain experiences
Well first of all I want to thank the owner for making it so nice. This is a brand new construction. It is well designed, in the heart of blowing rock. We walked to shops, restaurants and the playground. All the activities like zip lining, the Alpine Coaster, gem mining and everything else you can think of for family fun are in a short driving distance. The property itself is designed to have everything you need with plenty of parking.
