Fantastic Home Walkable to Downtown Blowing Rock
The home is exactly as it looks in the photography and everything inside is brand new. Everything was well thought out such as nicer towels, makeup cloth, fully stocked kitchen with anything and everything you would need to cook great meals and great appliances. We especially enjoyed the vintage arcade games and puzzles which entertained us during the long periods of rain that unfortunately happened for most of the stay. We loved that we could walk to downtown Blowing Rock in less than 5 minutes and really didn't have to use our cars much at all! Highly recommended place!

Wonderful home away from home
This property is terrific. A beautifully decorated and comfortable home with all the amenities you could want. Great location for walking around Blowing Rock. Cozy living room, sizeable bedrooms, modern baths and great kitchen with everything you could want to cook or just snack. Definitely will stay here again. Will be lovely in the spring.

Lovely house in ideal location!
We had a great stay! There were 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 5-13) and we had plenty of space. The house was immaculate and the proximity to downtown Blowing Rock was perfect. We walked to breakfast & dinner and all the lovely shops. Highly recommend and we hope to return!

Lovely and clean
The layout of the home was perfect for our family. Everything was spotless which I really appreciated! Having a little stool handy was awesome for our 4-year old. The closeness to the center of town was amazing, and we did a great waterfall hike which began only a minute or so down the road. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about our stay!
This house is so beautiful and the location can't be beat. We spent 3 days here with friends and had the best time. This house had it all! Location is excellent just steps away from resturants and shopping, a stream in the backyard with ducks (So peaceful listening to the water), firepit, Dart board, horse shoes, etc. Already looking to booked this house again! Best house we have stayed in yet!

Great location near downtown
We had a small group of friends for a birthday weekend. The home has been updated and is super cute. Its walkable to downtown and restaurants. The home is on the road into Blowing Rock but it's quiet due to speed limit. Communication with the Howes was easy and fast. Highly recommend this home for your next Blowing Rock adventure!

The house was perfect for our family trip. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the home was well stocked with necessities. The stream in back was fun too! Regular duck and deer visits kept us company. Would love to stay again in the future!

The house was great and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and nicely appointed throughout, having everything you will need for an enjoyable/extended stay. The location is excellent, being a short walk to all of the restaurants, shops, and other amenities that Blowing Rock has to offer. Perfect Location - Beautiful Property
This house was absolute perfection! With our family of 5 and 3 young kids, we could walk to everywhere in town (brewery, restaurants, coffee, shopping, playground, ice cream), plus we could run or walk to/around Bass Lake. It was a 5-30 minute drive to everything we wanted to see in the area. On top of it, the house was a perfect place to wind down between the backyard, bubbling brook, game room, and eating meals. The bedrooms and kitchen were equipped with everything we needed, and it was such a cozy spot to enjoy our vacation.

Perfect Place!
We do a mom and daughter trip every April and this year we chose Blowing Rock! The home was the perfect house for us ~ spacious, comfortable, close to everything!!! Kitchen is well equipped! Loved all of the extra pillows and blankets around the house ~ made it so cozy! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in our pajamas every morning planning out our days! The stream along the back was wonderful! The hosts are quick to respond and full of kindness!!! Fantastic stay! Plan to book the same weekend next year! 💗

Perfect!
Exactly what I was looking for! We planned a short visit for our family’s annual ski trip. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Games for our kids and the family to enjoy together. I wish it hadn’t rained the whole trip so we could enjoy some of the outdoor amenities, but maybe next time! We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect rental for our family of four. The house has been recently renovated and it is beautiful. We especially loved the location being a very short walk from downtown Blowing Rock and it’s only an 8 minute drive to Appalachian Ski Mountain. Communication with the owners was also exceptional. Favorite mountain getaway
Our friends getaway to Blowing Rock exceeded expectations with this gorgeous home! Walkable to everything the village has to offer, with scenic a scenic creek behind the house making it feel like a magical escape.
