Our restored, 850 sf cottage blend naturally into the woods setting. Private and secluded but just 2 blocks to downtown Blowing Rock. This separate cottage sits directly behind our main house at The Victorian Inn.

Great ski weekend
We had a great weekend complete with some snow! The cabin was just as described and very cozy! The property manager was very kind and even offered us an early check in! It was perfect for our family! We would definitely stay again!

Great location!
The cottage is very nice and welcoming. It has plenty of light. Although the bathroom is small it has everything you need. The bedrooms are very pleasant, with comfortable mattresses, adequate lighting, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook light meals. The living area has a buttery leather couch which is comfortable but we would have liked to have more comfortable armchairs, especially since we spent much time inside the cottage due to the rainy weather. We had a problem with opening the entrance door the first evening. We got in touch with the evening manager Karen who helped us find another way of getting in, came first thing in the morning, and sent someone to fix the problem. No problem after that. On sight, parking was appreciated. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short by one day because Hurricane Helene was approaching. We would not hesitate to rent the cottage again.

Perfect location!
My husband and I visited Blowing Rock as a potential retirement location and had such a wonderful time. The accommodations are perfect including the cleanliness, amenities and location (within walking distance of the quaint downtown). We will definitely stay here again!

Nice facility. It was as advertised. We were in walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock. The only issue I had was communicating with VRBO before our stay. The combination of text, email and app for the computer made the process confusing.

Unfortunately, I rebooked for the next year, realized I had the wrong dates, cancelled the reservation 2 hours later, and now Blowing Rock Realty is supposedly charging me 50% of my deposit. unbelievable . Up until then they were perfect. Now I am going to blowing rock on the wrong dates to save the money they charged me for the 2 hours I had the reservation

The cottage was as described online, modern, nestled privately in the back of the property. Very neatly & simply decorated. The linens were on point ! The only issue we had was there was only 1 washcloth and a small partial roll of bathroom tissue paper. I manage several airbnbs so I pay attention to detail more so than some probably. The other thing I noticed was the baseboards could use a good dusting. For the most part, we enjoyed our one night stay and definitely would book again. Such a sweet gem !

This is a great spot to stay! The check in process was smooth and easy and the place had everything we needed. We walked everywhere for food and beverages and traveled short distances to great hiking and site seeing. I highly recommend!

Had everything we needed-Kitchen with comfortable living space and comfortable beds. Property manager communicated well; Price fit our budget. Biggest plus for us was the location. We could park the car securely right in front of the place and within a short walk we were on Main Street.

Wonderful!
The cottage was wonderful! It was perfect for my adult daughter and me for our 2 day visit to Blowing Rock! The furniture/beds were very comfortable with ample space in the rooms; the kitchen had everything we needed; there is a gas fireplace that was wonderful to just flip the switch and feel the warmth; it was a quiet location; there was access to Hulu on the TV, and, there was an assigned parking area for us. And, it is located close enough to walk to downtown (to eliminate trying to find parking.) We did have a slight issue not receiving an email with the entry info however the property manager was very quick to respond and was wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend this cottage!
