„The Rustic Cabin is an awesome place. It felt like home with just two steps on the big, comfortable front porch, and inside... well the inside is perfection for a log cabin. Well appointed but not over done. The colors, furniture, decorations... everything said, "come in, relax, stay a while." Only wish I could have stayed longer!“

„From the moment we arrived everything was beautiful! The cleanliness of the cabin and the surrounding yard were perfect! Inside there was everything my husband I needed, from kitchen necessities to actual TV channels to watch !!The booking and checking in process was easy and well set up !The only downfall and it has nothing to do with the cabin is the lack of site seeing in the area, we generally have many attractions to visit and that wasn’t the case, most battlefields and waterfall ...

Some suggestions for future improvements. 1) upgrade bathroom shower2) make the kitchen floor level3) eliminate musty odor throughout home. 4) Repair/replace screen door on backdoor. 5) tighten screws/fasteners for living room coffee table (wobbles and unstable)“

„The stay was fine, the waterfall is amazing, but better directions and knowing what to expect on the trail would make it better.“

„We were in VA to celebrate our daughter's white coat ceremony at VMCVM. Most of our time was spent in Blacksburg, but we did explore Craytor Lake State Park and had dinner in Radford.This house was perfect for us. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. The area is beautiful and quiet. The property is very pet-friendly (we were traveling with our dog). She enjoyed walking along the road and got to see cows up close and personal for the first time. The listing is accurate ...

„This cabin is very nice and was clean. The large front porch was perfect for hanging out on a rainy day. It is located in a beautiful area on a large hillside lot. However, there was an obvious lack for detail. There is no place in any of the 3 bedrooms to place your luggage which was awkward, the grill was missing the handle so we didn't use it, there was a towel rack in the main bathroom that was about to fall off the wall and the grass was a foot tall. There was 4 coffee pods with the coffee ...

„The property is amazing, as listed. Very clean and perfect layout for our kids to enjoy. The creek was a great back up nature experience. Catching crawdads and local fish in cups, along with the family cold plunge. Great spot for a week’s stay or just passing through on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Will be back again of going through. Host was right on point with questions as well. “
