Likes: rate was reasonable; good quality towels/washcloths; good quality blanket on bed
Dislikes: unprofessional behavior on part of female (Tina?) who supposedly help manage hotel - if you can call it that.
April 1, I had to call Expedia twice as my key card would not open my hotel room door - by the time they did show up - she yelled at me "hey, hey, hey - over here" (she knew my name as I had already been a guest there a week. She spoke to me like I was a bad kid - told me to make sure I do not leave room in a mess - I told her I was not a messy person. Also the date of my check out - April 2, she was knocking on my door
"to remind me I had to check out early due to plumber coming to fix water leak - I told her she did not need to knock on my door - I had used an alarm clock to wake up earlier.
Upon checking in on March 25, I was charged an additional $20 on top of my total hotel room charges to cover processing fee for paying with a debit card. Why did he not inform me of this extra charge after I made my booking in the letter they sent me by e-mail?
Also - there was a slot for a dead bolt lock but there was no chain to put into the slot to lock the deadbolt. Safety should be of utmost importance when staying in a hotel!!
My first day at the hotel - March 26 - there was constant loud noise from a building close by - they were putting on a new roof. This continued all day. Tues-Fri nights - loud noise from upstairs.
