Reset Ridge will provide the R&R you are looking for! This pristine cabin, with spectacular mountain views, provides excellent indoor and outdoor space. It features a beautiful screen porch, with wood burning fireplace, plenty of outdoor seating to soak in the views, a 5 person, private hot-tub to melt away your stress and two separate living areas with a lower level game room and additional bunk beds. Designed to create the perfect escape with family and friends for lasting memories!
Space:
Blue Ridge, GA has been a tourist destination since its founding in 1886. The first railway came to Blue Ridge at this time and provided an easy path from Atlanta. Overnight Blue Ridge became a boomtown. People flocked to this region to enjoy the fresh mountain air and cool climate. The same wonderful experiences are true today!
Since its humble beginnings, a variety of new adventures are offered now including trails, waterfalls, Lake Blue Ridge, horseback riding, tubing, white water rafting, breweries, wineries, restaurants, shopping and a plethora of other attractions.
A short and easy drive from Blue Ridge on Aska Road, that follows the Toccoa River, is just the introduction into the beauty and tranquility you will experience in the Aska Adventure area. The area features some of the best hiking trails, outdoor activities, and trout fishing in North Georgia.
The newly paved road provides a smooth arrival and will have you making plans to explore the multitude of adventures that await! This location provides all the conveniences to restaurants, shops, breweries, wineries, tubing, and hiking with the surroundings of peace and escape!
The property sits .7 miles off Aska road and is paved access for much of the way with a few short stints of well maintained gravel road. Upon arrival, you will immediately notice the amazing views that await! For those that are not used to mountain properties, don’t worry, the driveway provides ample space for parking/maneuvering and can easily accommodate four vehicles.
Entry to the property is to the left side of the home using an entry code that will be provided prior to your arrival. Before you enter, walk around the wrap around porch and soak in the beauty of the North GA Mountains! It will just validate why you chose this property!
You will enter directly into the dining and kitchen area into an open vaulted living room with floor to ceiling windows that showcase the view and allow the natural sunlight. The fully appointed kitchen features state of the art stainless steel appliances including a dual oven, for those large meals, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with lower freezer, microwave and farmhouse sink.
The dining table will sit eight and also has four additional bar stools at the large kitchen granite countertop.
The living room has a large stone fireplace with gas logs, a large screen smart TV, two sofas and a retro record player with vintage records for that nostalgic vibe! It is the perfect place to gather as a family!
The first of three bedrooms is located on the main level and this bedroom is just to the left of the kitchen featuring a queen bed. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom door and has a walk-in shower, vanity and a closet featuring a full size washer/dryer.
One of the gems of this property is the screen-in porch located off the living room. It has a large seating area, smart TV, wood burning fireplace and dining table for seven people. It provides mountain views and an excellent place to enjoy the fresh mountain air! There is additional porch space to the back of the home with seating to soak in the uninterrupted mountain views and enjoy your morning coffee!
The upper level features the second bedroom. It is a king suite with a large smart TV, soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities and walk-in closet. There is a loft area outside this bedroom with a chair/desk with views of the mountains in case you need to catch up with work or check-in with family/friends. It also features a futon to cozy up and hide away with a book or just escape for a little time to yourself!
The lower level has an additional living area, stone gas fireplace, coffee station, bar, bunk beds with a lower queen and upper twin that are just perfect to cozy up in to watch a movie or your favorite series.
The lower level also features the gaming activities including a card table, foosball table, arcade game, board games and darts outside. There is also a cornhole game for family fun!
The third bedroom is on this level featuring a king bed, sitting area, closet and bench with plenty of space to spare! The bathroom is just outside the bedroom door and has a large walk-in shower and vanity.
Just off the lower level is access to the 5-person private hot-tub, seating area with gas fire pit and additional deck space with seating and cornhole game. For those exercise enthusiasts there is a yoga mat, small weights, exercise bands and to cool down a unique ice bath.
Additional features of this property include a fire pit and nature trail. The nature trail would be considered moderate according to National Park ratings.
The property also features a full Generac generator and solar panel energy source.
As a convenience there is also a booster seat, pack-n-play, and baby gate for the main level stairs.
