„We stayed at Springdale the weekend after Christmas when visiting family. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded for free which was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Wendy at the Front was so helpful and very friendly, she really made our stay exceptional! We ate at the restaurant which was also good. Wonderful stay and nice perks in rooms!“

„Really fun and beautiful place. The Christmas decor was so thoughtfully placed and you can tell someone put a whole lot of effort making it cozy and beautiful! We didn't need anything. They had extra of everything! We definitely heard the squirrels at night, but we turned on a box fan to drown out the noise and we slept great in the super comfortable beds. Water pressure wasn't the best, and the dishes weren't super clean, but we ran them in the dishwasher and they were fine.Overall a really ...

„Older hotel but great views. We stayed in a Mountain View room on the 14th floor. Room has older decor but the view was beautiful. Walls are paper thin. We could hear music and talking from rooms on either side of us. There is not a lot of parking downtown. It’s definitely not a hotel you can walk into town from. Indoor pool is closed for renovations, which was disappointing. Would have been nice to have been informed of that before we arrived. Also, there is a trolley that you can take into ...
