„Overall, the stay was fine, but the cleanliness of the room and toilet was disappointing. It would have been much more comfortable if the washroom hadn’t been stinking when we checked in. Additionally, we found hairs on the kids’ bed sheet, and there was a noticeable amount of dust under the coat. My first stay at this hotel was a good experience, which is why I chose to return but unfortunately, this time didn’t meet the same standard.“

„It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking “

„Property itself was nice and location was pretty good. They didn't send the check in details as they said they would so check in was a process, house wasn't ready for us when we checked in despite being after the designated check in time. Found hair in the shower otherwise clean. Noisy property - council lawn mowing until after 830pm and the property had a digger onsite and digging from 730am.“

„Der Check-in fand im daneben liegenden (dazu gehörenden?) Kiosk statt. Der Mitarbeiter war dadurch abgelenkt. Den WLAN Code hat er auch vergessen, mir mitzugeben. Und als ich später runter kam, war die sogenannte Rezeption bereits geschlossen. Habe also für WLAN bezahlt, aber keines bekommen. Vor das eigentliche Fenster im Zimmer war eine Plexiglasscheibe o.ä. fest verschraubt!?? Das Zimmer war also hermetisch abgeschlossen, die Klimaanlage konnte man wegen den Geräuschen nicht die ganze ...

„Overall it was fine but there are no staff overnight and their fire alarm went off at 5am. There was no one to deactivate it so it went for a full 20 minutes before it switched off automatically.“

„Apartment was very tidy and plenty of room and would probably stay there again. The only issues were that the shower constantly dribbled all night (needs new washer). Car parking was good the first night. Someone took our park the second night. We had to park on the street. 2 or 3 broken cars around the property made it look untidy. “

„The hotel is within an entertainment centre with bars, casino etc. The room was spacious, clean and kept in perfect condition. Breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose from. The only thing we did not particually like was the layout of the pool. There are no ledges under water to stand on, the bottom goes down steep from the sides. The bottom is covered with a rough kind of material and that actually caused an injury to a foot. For the rest, we loved our stay and recommend it to everybody “

„It was a great location for our stay, the staff communication was prompt & responsive & the premises were well kept & very clean. The parking around the stairwells was precarious- watch out for your windscreens, the landings jut out into the car spaces. We were unsure how to securely lock the doors from the inside to avoid door-handle-reaching toddlers escaping but they didn’t attempt to leave until we were all awake. Would definitely stay again, all things considered!“
