Wir blieben 9 Nächte im September und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tom's Villa ist sehr schön und gemütlich, und wir wurden mit einer sehr sauberen Villa begrüßt. „House was very well equipped and clean. It's in a lovely quiet neighborhood and was very comfortable. Perfect for families with kids, as every effort has been made to childproof each room and the outdoor space. Fully stocked with toys for indoor and outdoor play. Pool and yard are wonderful! Lars was quick to respond to any minor issues that occurred. “

„The stay was great, near perfect outside of a few issues. The shower on the first floor nearest the pool does not drain well, and the water that comes out of the shower in the other bathroom on the first floor smells like bay water. The communication with the host was great, but I didn't really love the fact that the day of check-in I am informed there are CCTV footage specifically in the backyard of the house. „Solid stay for a group interested in a home base for a beach vacation in So. Fla. The inside is set up nicely and the bedrooms and bathrooms are well done. The outside just lacks privacy with the neighbors looking for any reason to complain. If you plan on sitting in the hot tub at night or sitting by the fire, expect to have a neighbor threatening to get you kicked out by the city.“
