"Parking at the hotel is away from the Reception up a steep hill, not accessible to the hotel from the parking location - you need to walk down the hill to get to Reception. We arrived at 1:30pm, and informed that check in was at 3pm. They held our luggage and we were told we could come back in one hour. We actually came back at 2:55pm assuming our room was ready. The front desk didn’t seem to recognize us when we returned and asked us to wait as the room wasn’t immediately ready. We sat on the...

"A modern high standard hotel wiith tea making facilities in room. Reception and other staff extremely helpful. Breakfast very good. Room with wonderful view over city.
