Located along the absolute beachfront right on the promenade is this charming upper-level beachfront apartment with stunning, uninterrupted views out along the coast.
The apartment features 6 bedrooms over its two levels with a modern streamlined kitchen, 3 sparkling bathrooms, a spacious lounge, and a warm sunroom that opens out onto the large balcony overlooking the ocean.
Stay just a 10-minute walk along the beach from all the action with shopping, restaurants, the historic pier right on your doorstep.

The Space:
Make your way up the stairs to your stylish seaside apartment where you are greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, soft comfortable furnishings, plenty of character and million-dollar, uninterrupted views out to the ocean.

Relax in the spacious living room with space for everyone to gather together on the three comfortable sofas surrounding the large wall-mounted smart TV – the perfect place for a movie night with access to streaming apps.

Step through into the warm, fully enclosed sunroom filled with vibrant beachy furnishings where you can sit with your morning coffee and enjoy listening to the sounds of the waves. Then slide open the glass doors to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space that leads out onto the balcony with stunning uninterrupted views out to the beach where you can see for miles in either direction.

The modern, streamlined kitchen comes fully equipped to cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a full-size American-style fridge/freezer, a microwave, coffee making facilities, an oven and a sleek induction hob along with all the utensils, cookware and dinnerware you could need.

Eat together at the stylish dining space with room for everyone at the long table with chic bench seating or on a sunny day, enjoy your meals out on the balcony on the wooden picnic table with friends and a few drinks and be the envy of the passers-by below.

There are six well-appointed bedrooms within the apartment with each offering comfortable beds topped with soft, hotel-quality linen and space to unpack and make yourself at home.

On the main floor there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom that steps out onto the balcony and a twin room with two single beds. Also on the main level is the central family bathroom with a relaxing bath, an overhead shower and a vanity unit.

Take the stairs up to the loft level of the home where you will find an additional two bedrooms. The first is the generous master bedroom with a luxuriously large king bed, beautiful ocean views and a sunny reading nook by the window where you can curl up and get lost in a good book.

The second upstairs bedroom is a twin room with beautiful, vaulted ceilings and two single beds. Both rooms share two modern bathrooms complete with walk in showers and heated towel rails.

Outside guests are welcome to sit out in the rear garden with picnic tables that are shared with the apartment below. Or take a walk through the park next door where you can drop into Aldwick Beach Café and sit under a tree while you tuck into some delicious fish and chips.

Step across the promenade and onto the beach where you can take full advantage of the long sunshine hours this beautiful seaside town is known for. Then walk along the beach for ten minutes and find yourself right in the heart of Bognor Regis with its boutique shopping, top restaurants, the historic Picturedome and the beautiful pier.

So if you are looking for a great central place to call home just steps from the beach, steps to the park all while being surrounded by cafes, restaurants and attractions, look no further than this charming beachfront apartment with some of the best views in town!

Ground floor Apartment - For larger parties interested in renting the whole building. The ground floor apartment sleeps 8 across 4 bedrooms so it is possible to sleep 19 in total! Contact us for availability.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire apartment as well as free Wi-Fi. The garden is open to guests, but it is shared with the downstairs apartment.
PARKING:
One space is allocated for no.11 at the back of the property by the garage. The driveway is 2.44 metres wide at its narrowest, it’s fine for normal cars but may be too tight for anything larger.
Additional Cars - please either park for free on the road behind Marine Drive West (stocker road) or there is parking out the front which is free 1st October - 31st March and paid at the meter all other times, (70p per hour).

The Neighborhood:
Known for long sunshine hours and vintage English coastal holiday charm with unspoilt beaches and delicious ice cream on the prom. Think kite-surfers riding white-tipped waves, all the fun of family amusements and bucket-and-spade frolics in the sand.

You won’t have to look far to find things to do in Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas, from the beautiful coastline to the shops, restaurants, the famous Pier, playing some Crazy Golf, visiting the Museum, ride on the promenade Land Train, or taking a walk in Hotham Park, Bognor Regis has a variety of attractions and things to see and do.

Other places to see within the Bognor Regis area include the villages of Felpham, Middleton-On-Sea, the West End and Pagham. Felpham is where the famous Poet, William Blake once lived and the cottage can still be seen to this day. Each village has its own character and selection of shops. There is plenty to keep you and the whole family entertained in Bognor Regis and with the likes of Chichester, Arundel and Littlehampton right on our doorstep, there is lots to explore within a short drive away.

From locally caught seafood to indulgent desserts, incredible local produce, to restaurants from around the world including Indian, Polish, Italian and Spanish cuisine, local produce, ice cream parlours, burger bars, authentic cuisine and alfresco seaside dining …the list goes on!

The bustling town centre houses popular High Street stores, coffee shops as well as plenty of places to dine then head out and enjoy a drink or two with some of the biggest and busiest nightclubs in West Sussex.

Going east you’ll find Brighton, under an hour’s drive away, while London is an hour and 40 minutes on the train.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is with your own car or rental with one free parking space included with your stay.

With the great central location guests can leave the car behind and walk along the beach to the centre of town in around 10 minutes.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

The bus service in Bognor Regis is incredibly frequent, with bus stops peppered all over the town, making it the most convenient and cost-effective form of transport.

Great view!
The property is in a great location within a stones throw of the beach, and a few steps to a cafe and pub. Other anentites and the town centre were a short walk. The accommodation was a great size with plenty of space in the living areas and bedrooms. The sunroom was a lovely place to sit even when the weather wasn’t great. It had all the facilities we needed. An ideal place for a getaway.

Excellent winter weekend break!
We stayed for a weekend in November. The property was lovely, right on the sea front, cafe and pub next door - what more do you need?! As a group of 6 adults we had plenty of space in the property. Lovely, clean and well presented rooms. Easy free parking too! A few of our party were brave enough for a winter dip in the sea and loved that they could cross the road and come back in for a cuppa and shower! We managed to fit in a lovely trip into nearby Chichester for a spot of shopping! We are already talking about re-booking for next year! Thank you! Highly recommend- easiest 5 stars we have given!

What a lovely beach house!
A great beach house! We stayed to celebrate my partners 50th birthday as Bognor is very sentimental to us. Great location, kitchen, lounge with smart TV and the balcony and conservatory type room was perfect for lazy mornings and breakfast. Loved the large kitchen table making the space very sociable. Bedrooms are spacious and clean with fresh linen and towels supplied. Overall, a fab stay with family and would book again! Thanks to Gemma and Alice who were always available and helpful for queries when needed. 😀

We loved the property. It is practically on the beach, and it was wonderful to sit on the balcony to watch the sea. Our ages ranged from 70 to 2, and we all rated it excellent.
