„Check-in and check-out was very easy and clearly explained. The house was very clean and tidy, no musty smell at all. Glenda, the host, was very accommodating and quick to answer any and all questions thoroughly. The area is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views of the river and sunset. Overall it was a lovely experience for our quick get away, highly recommend!“

„Went to check-in. Didn't have my reservations. Waited 50 minutes before the error was rectified. Turned out main office at Kings Plantation never sent my reservation to the resort. The resort had to message someone due to the fact the main office only is open until 5:00. I had reserved a cottage. This was not a cottage it was more like a duplex. We could here the people next door. The stayed up late and got up early. So we had prolems sleeping. Pool was nice.“

„Beautiful and spotless clean home with gorgeous views of the bay!! Such a peaceful and relaxing trip with my family!! „I held my daughters 18th birthday party here, and it was incredible! Plenty of room for hanging out and great for overnight guests (lots of rooms and places to sleep). „Lovely cottage set in the woods with similarly designed vacation rentals nearby—but not too near. Well maintained, generously equipped and convenient to Irvington and a short drive to other eastern Northern Neck attractions. Perfect for me, my wife and our 9-year-old grandson. My only quibble is that I wish there had been a half bath on the main level. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.“
