Unsere Gemeinde liegt zentral mit einfachem Zugang zur Innenstadt, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Theatern. Das Gerät verfügt über eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle und befindet sich im ersten Stock.
Hinweis: Für den Besuch von Tieren wird eine Pauschalgebühr von 100 USD erhoben. 2 Nächte Mindestaufenthalt erforderlich.

Zu unseren Vor-Ort-Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein ausgezeichnetes Management, eine wundervolle Parklandschaft, ein Fitnesscenter, ein ganzjährig geöffneter Whirlpool und ein saisonaler Pool (Memorial Day - Labour Day).

very nice and comfortable place to stay
The house is placed in a very nice complex and very well maintained. One of the nicest places we have ever rented. Shopping is very easy and thus this is a very good base to explore Boise and the surrounding.

Perfect home base for a visit to the Boise area.
Location, amenities, and comfort level were 10/10. You absolutely can't beat the value of this rental if you are visiting the Boise/Meridian area and would like a multi-room/multi-bath place to stay. We enjoyed this property for 5 days and in that time we bounced from downtown Boise, over to Eagle, into Garden City, and through Nampa with each being no more than a 15 minute drive from this location in Meridian.The unit was quiet, comfortable, parking was super convenient, and the playground nearby was a huge hit with the kids, We'll most certainly be checking the availability of this unit when visiting the area in the future.

Better than we expected
We chose the location based on price and were delighted to find that it was less than a half mile from the family we were in town to visit. The space was large enough to accommodate all of our group, and with the kitchen, we were able to host a small lunch gathering of family on Sunday afternoon. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and a park nearby in Meridian. Close to downtown (15 minutes). Absolutely amazing deal for the location!

The Property and Stay Was As Advertised; Truly Fabulous!
I stayed at this property for nine days with my Black Lab while searching for a new house in the area. The property was centrally located around stores, eateries, strip malls and California Mexican (a 24 hour fast food restaurant) was literally steps away from the property which was very convenient. There is also a Starbucks within walking distance. The property was immaculate, modern and well equipped with furniture and fresh linens. The property had all the luxuries of home which made the stay much more pleasurable. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, pot, pans and all the utensils to allow cooking any and all meals if desired. The washer and dryer were in excellent working order and there was a propane barbecue within a gazebo just outside the rear patio door. The property contained two TV’s (one in living-room and other in primary bedroom) and both had Direct TV with a wide array of channels and sports channels. This was definitely a highlight! I was amazed at the privacy of this two story unit and it was so peaceful and tranquil. I truly couldn’t believe how quiet it was during the sleeping hours and the HVAC system made it even more comfortable when the temps were in the teens. I had one minor issue and the hosts (Stacey and Lynette) were responsive in a matter of minutes and it was quickly resolved. My interaction with them was awesome and they showed genuine concern for my comfort and stay. Thank you!I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Affordable and Great Location
This was a great experience and great place. The townhouse is well located and clean. We stayed here for a vacation to the water park but there was also great stores right around and great places to eat! The only challenge I would share is the parking. There is a great dedicated spot right in front but if you have two vehicles you must find another spot. That was a bit of a challenge we ended up just driving around the complex for an extended period of time until a spot became available. Not a complaint just a bit of a challenge.

We booked this apartment last minute for state basketball. We had reserved parking right in front of the apartment. Access to the weight room and hot tub. A great location to get to all of the high schools and Ford Center. The kids loved being so close to the Village. The price was great for 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Will definitely book again next year!

It was a nice llace to stay. Very quiet which is nice. The little one could just go out the door & there was the playground. The only criticism would be that the code to get inside was not clearly given in the instructions. But over all it was the perfect place for us.

Needs some things
The unit was very roomy for six people. However, when the weather is very chilly, it would be appreciated by most guests to have the heat turned up to at least 65-70 and the vents opened up. The thermostat was set at 55, we arrived after 9 pm and it took at least an hour for the bedrooms to warm up. The downstairs still wasn’t warm the next morning, and upon looking into it, the vents had all been closed! If you have a condo that accommodates six people, at least be sure there are six coffee mugs, wine glasses, regular glasses, etc. Also, ragged bath towels are not acceptable! Those things mentioned above are just plain laziness on the part of property manager and housekeeping! Would probably think twice before I book this unit again.
