It features 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a luxurious jetted tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Enjoy modern conveniences such as a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, WiFi, air conditioning, and heating to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay. The upstairs bonus room offers a full movie-screen experience, while a toy room on the main floor keeps the little ones entertained.

The fully stocked kitchen makes meal preparation easy. Step outside to the fenced yard, which includes a hot tub, semi-covered patio, and firepit—perfect for relaxing and socializing. Centrally located, the home is just 2-3 miles from grocery stores, an outdoor mall, a movie theater, Costco, and a variety of restaurants.

Nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, the property is close to a park with a playground, basketball courts, and pickleball courts. We’ve even provided paddles and balls for your convenience.

Guests have full access to the home and backyard, including extra supplies, linens, and blankets to make your stay even more comfortable.

Fire Pit:
Firewood can be purchased at a nearby gas station within walking distance. Please only use the fire pit if you are comfortable and experienced with lighting fires. Fires must be fully extinguished when unattended. The fire pit may not be available during no-burn periods due to air quality or fire restrictions, and use is at your own risk.

Outdoor Grill:
To use the grill, turn on the propane and press any grill knob while turning it until you hear a click. It may take a few tries to ignite. Grilling utensils are located in the kitchen drawer beneath the coffee maker.

Hot Tub:
The hot tub is available for your use at your own risk. Please be mindful of noise if using it early in the morning or late at night, as the home is in a residential neighborhood. Be sure to respect the space and the neighbors during your stay.
