The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. We liked staying on the North side of Caye Caulker, where it is more peaceful but being able to easily visit the South side by taking the split ferry. Vanzie and Arielle were very communicative and helpful! Loved our time at Bay Towers!“
