„The property was a great location. Not too far from restaurants and groceries but still private. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The only negative was the animal hair we found on furniture and floors. It could have been cleaner. Overall great time had by all.“

„This is the third year in a row we have stayed at this cabin. The views are breathtaking. Every morning and afternoon the mountains and surroundings change with the clouds and it is spectacular. Everyday of our stay we would see deer walking by or on the ride up the mountain. The cabin has everything we need. The beds are extremely comfortable. It is close to all the local attractions. „Overall was a great stay. Had an issue with the first floor toilet and it wasn’t operational until the last full day of our stay which was the reason for four stars instead of 5. Highly recommend this if you love a natural water feature (we loved cold plunging in the creek for our NYE stay) and an amazing location close to tons the area had to offer (breweries, skiing, hiking,restaurants). But still quiet and removed from the bustle of busy streets at night. Would definitely stay again!“

I had higher expectations...

"I had slightly higher expectations before arriving at the hotel. The check-in staff were fine, but I was hoping for a bit more of that Southern hospitality. When we got to our room, we noticed a lot of noise from the road, so we went back down to request a room change, which they handled without any issues—this was fantastic. The room itself was quite nice, with a very comfortable bed, though the bathroom was a bit small but functional. I also want to highlight the number and quality of the towels, which were excellent. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the breakfast much. It was impossible to avoid single-use plastic, which, as Europeans, we find difficult due to the amount of waste it generates. The dining area also felt a bit drab and uninviting. Another downside was the housekeeping. Despite requesting, confirming, and leaving the sign on the door for daily cleaning, we returned one evening to find that no one had come to clean the room, which was disappointing."
