Large 470 square foot guest suite with king bed, wicker sitting area, TV, large closet with Keurig, Refrigerator, and Microwave. Your space comes with an adjacent landing/library and full bath, all on the second floor of our home. This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac 1/2 mile from Thomas Point Beach and campground and one-mile to Cooks Corner. Historic Bath, Maine is less than 10 minutes away with history, architecture, and a lovely downtown area for shopping and a sweet park by the Kennebec River that hosts a farmers market. Reid State Park and Popham beach are also nearby. Brunswick is home to Bowdoin College, historical museums, many wonderful restaurants, music, arts, and shopping, all about five minutes away. There's great golfing all around and the Brunswick Executive Airport for flying lessons or tours can be had only two miles away.

Located three miles from Bowdoin College and 10 minutes to Bath, this large new-build offers a second floor 360 sq ft bed room with King size bed and roomy sitting area with a TV. There is a large bathroom with tub and shower and a 110 sq ft “landing library” for a comfortable spot to read and relax. The space also has a coffee bar, microwave, and refrigerator. We even include bathrobes.

What’s nearby:
The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac ½ mile from Thomas Point Beach and Campground (thomaspointbeach.com) and one mile to Cooks Corner area where there are restaurants, and shopping.. The Brunswick Landing (former Naval Air Base) is home to many new businesses including schools, a fantastic bakery, a brewery, and golf course.

Bath, Maine is a beautiful 10 minute drive away to the east where you can visit the Maine Maritime Museum, a Saturday farmers market, lovely downtown shopping, and access to lighthouses and Reid State Park / Popham Beach. There are also walking tours and boat tours on the Kennebec River.

To the west, three miles away is Bowdoin College and the town of Brunswick. The Joshua Chamberlain Museum and Harriet Beecher Stowe House are just a couple of the historic sites. There are walking trails along the Androscoggin River, a park with concerts every Wednesday during the summer, art shows, and a farmers market in the beautiful downtown park. Restaurants and stores along Maine Street could keep you occupied for hours.

We are about 35 minutes from Portland.

The appartement was just unbelievable, everything was great. The appartement is on the 1st floor of Susan and Jeffs 21/2 year old house and everything is brandnew. They have thought about everything that makes the stay for their guests perfect, on top these both are so friendly and neat people. So sad that we only stayed one night during our newengland roadtrip.

Susan is clearly a hospitality guru- this place is not only extremely comfortable, the host was very communicative without being overwhelming in any way. It is beautifully decorated, well stocked, and more than big enough for a multi day stay. So many little touches makes staying here feel even more special. We will be back for sure when in the area.

Staying at Susan’s and Jeff’s was so fine. So warm and welcoming . This suite provides so much more than just a place to stay. The bedroom is spacious, bed very comfortable with lovely linens.Artwork, cushioned seating ,tables and beautiful lamps make it a comfortable haven.The library with upholstered chair ,ottoman,and many cozy throws to snuggle.Spacious bathroom.Everything thing is done so thoughtfully. Microwave ,coffee ,snacks and drinks.Susan’s photography is wonderful!More than the comforts of home. Immaculate! We only stayed one night. Location is excellent (Cooks Corner in Brunswick), near shops and restaurants but located on a quiet cull de sac. Hosts are warm, gracious, generous and helpful - their hospitality is outstanding. Many years in the hospitality business. In the fully-furnished suite is a library/sitting room perfect for curling up with a good book. Amenities well-chosen (eg 1/2-caff coffee pods).

Extremely clean and very well appointed. Very large room with a sitting area in it and a separate sitting area at top of stairs for reading. Bathroom is roomy, very nice and super clean as well. Big bed is comfortable. Also, Susan is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

This lodging is spacious, quiet, private and clean. It’s conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, an easy drive anywhere for shopping etc. and is safe for walking/running/cycling.
