„Jaymes house had everything we could’ve need for our stay in boothbay. Well equipped for travelers most towels and bedding in the house appear to be new. Very responsive and accommodating house, perfect size for 2-3 couples to enjoy a weekend close to the harbor. “

„The shared driveway was a challenge and the hike from the driveway to the house had was also a challenge. Additionally the window in one of the bathrooms did not work, the dishwasher was not secured and tilted when you put dishes in, one of the commodes ran constantly unless you jiggle. The kitchen garbage can is broken.“

„We had a lovely week in this waterfront home. We enjoyed the views and the kids loved playing on the rocks out back. It was a nice location and short walk to Hendricks beach and the General Store. “

„Amazing location and beautiful little property. Everything was immaculate and welcoming, and we felt so taken care of, down to the small touches like just the coffee we like! Communication was great and timely, too. We'll definitely be back next time we are in Maine!“

„This house is in perfect spot in Boothbay Harbor. Easy walk to town, right on the water. Everything about the house was perfect and exactly what we needed. “

„Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. “

„Overall everything was fine. The one negative was the internet did not work even with communication from owner texting option to correct. None repaired the issue. Would return as close to extended family.“

„This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, up to date with modern appliances, clean linens and towels. It was well stocked. Beautiful view of the cove from the front deck. My grandchildren loved being near Barrett Park. Property contact was prompt with answers. A very relaxing stay. We would definitely book again. “

„Very nice property. The house was beautifully decorated with nice updated features throughout. It had spacious kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Very clean. Close to Booth Bay Harbor. Nice view of the ocean from several bedrooms and the main living room.“

„Great trip. Home met all our needs. It needs tables by the couch and perhaps another chair in tv room. But it was comfortable and homey. “

„Nine of us turned 75 this year and decided to gather in Bath. One lives in Bath. Five stayed in this house. Three in another. Location in town was perfect. Home gave these friends comfortable bedrooms, nice gathering spaces, and a very workable kitchen. Definitely would recommend it!“

„The cottage was clean and cute. The location was convenient to town but not special. Our only misgiving was difficulty with the entry codes and lock box although the support team remained dedicated to troubleshooting and we ultimately prevailed. I would recommend the property for a short stay by a small group.“

„We had a wonderful time at Admiral’s Quarters and wish we’d had one more night to spend in Boothbay Harbor. Our room was cozy and the two levels made it perfect for our family of four. The location was fantastic and John always had great recommendations for things to do or places to eat. “

„We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The view was beautiful with ducks and geese swimming in the cove. We also saw a crane, an eagle, and one night we saw 3 deer. The owners were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. There were homemade blueberry muffins when we arrived which were delicious! We are hoping to return in the spring.“
