Less than half an hour’s drive is Bude, a town with several beaches, famous for surfing and all things watersports. With shops, restaurants, the unique Bude sea pool and Southwest Coastal Path, revealing breath taking vistas at any time of the year. Inland lies Bodmin Moor, where ancient tors and fascinating stone structures punctuate the skyline, the town itself has a wonderful heritage steam railway and chilling jail experience where life behind bars in time past come to life before your eyes!
