Very comfortable
Large, comfortable and well equipped property in a quiet residential area very close to beach. Large yard area with plenty of seating and firepit. Parking available. Easy transport links if like us you do not have a car. Kim was helpful and responsive. Plenty of local information available in the property. We visited Salem, Boston Centre, Braintree (for shopping),Quincy Centre. Overall a very enjoyable trip.

Perfect Boston-Quincy spot
My family and I (8 total guests) stayed here for the week and we can’t thank Kim enough for such a wonderful experience. We walked in to this 3rd floor apartment to all kinds of baked goodies which was perfect for our family coming in from a late flight. We spent the week day tripping all along the East coast and this was the perfect spot to call home. Very easy/Close proximity by train to all of the spots in Boston and away from the over crowded city traffic.

Great place for families!
We had a wonderful stay with our family ages 3 to 76. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby playground and beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a close ride to Boston. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Quincy location for Family Vacay
This location was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Close to Boston to see the Freedom trail and its attractions plus a nice quiet neighborhood to come back to after a day out. Plenty of comfortable beds, very nice kichen space, large refrigerator is a plus! Kim the owner is so hospitable and wants you to have a great vacation. She is very responsive and loves to meet people. This location is close to Wollaston beach which has a concrete sidewalk that is perfect for a morning walk/run with beautful views of the harbor. We will definitely be back!

Most Enjoyable Stay for 6 days !!
Members of our family had a most enjoyable stay and having a short walk to Wollaston Beach just down the block from where the house was located was truly an added gift and delight. Family members daily walked to the beach and enjoy watching the boats, picking up seashells, and the warm sunshine. Kitchen provided everything we needed to cook for a family of eight and even more. My family hasn't been together since the start of COVID and we decided to gather outside of Boston where my daughter lives. Six of us stayed at this property which provided us with more than enough room! The living room, while not large, has comfortable coaches where we could all sit. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and has lots of seats at the table! The beds (at least the one I slept in) was very comfortable--first time I didn't need a sleep aid in a while which might also be because of the sea air. Location is fantastic, just a few houses from the beach and a nice strand. Restaurants on the beach side were closed for winter but, otherwise, you would have easy walking to great seafood! Maybe the best thing about this property is the host, Kim. I have booked through VRBO many times and have had very good hosts but Kim rises to the top. She is gracious, accessible and really wants her guests to enjoy their stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay with 5 college buddies. The house is a 5 minute drive from the Quincy T station. We'll appointed with all necessary household stuff. Kim is very helpful. Only one shower but we did fine. Would come back again.

We had an excellent stay at Kim’s property! It was exactly as pictured, very clean, and just a block from the beach. We made many trips into Boston and loved that there were many food options close by. Kim was communicative and on top of everything. My family and I would highly recommended this spacious apartment and we will definitely be back again when we are in the Boston area. We were in Boston this time for a graduation and the large bedrooms and comfortable beds were great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living room comfortable. The beach is pretty and the neighbourhood safe. Our gracious and warm hosts provided us not just with ample coffee, tea , and water, but even some local deserts!

This was may be my favorite VRBO rental! Kim is so nice and available for any assistance needed. The snacks and drinks for the place are wonderful. Lots of space for teens or family to spread out. Lots of options for games, cards, smart tv's for streaming, full kitchen with pretty much anything you could want. So close to EVERYTHING! Easy to get around, minutes from the beach. Minutes from shopping, USS Constitution, Downtown with the Market and more shopping and food! Hope to cross paths with Kim and her lovely home again :)

Great Stay in Quincy!
Stayed in Quincy very close Wolloston Beach. Short commute to Boston by car or train. Location made trips to Boston easy as well as trips to beach communities to the south. Good food in Quincy as well as historical sites. Rental was as pictured with many comfortable beds. Clean and fully stocked with more than we needed. Plenty of room to hang out together. TVs with cable and ROKU and access to all other viewing options. The place is great but the best thing about it is the host Kim! She was wonderful! She responded quickly with recommendations or answers to any questions. We’ll stay here for next Boston trip!

Great Location if you are visiting Boston and don't want to stay in the city. Great Neighborhood. Place to park your car and take subway to city. Place had everything we needed. And Kim was the best!! Bought us breakfast and desserts. Always making sure we had everything we needed! She was a sweetheart!! I would go back just to visit her! Great Stay
We spent a week at this property (5 adults and 3 kids) and it was very spacious for all of us. The rooms were large and the house was furnished with everything we needed, it was exactly as described in the description. Kim provided breakfast food for us and even brought us dinner one night. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She was very helpful while we were planning our trip with different recommendations on places to visit. I will say that there is a beach down the street but you are unable to swim in. It was still a great spot to jog in the morning and the kids found lots of shells. We went to Nantasket beach instead and enjoyed the water/beach there. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance that are along the beach that are nice to go to. Boston is about 20 min away. We drove into Boston (be prepared for cost of parking) but there is a train not too far away that you can utilize too (this was great for the Red Sox game). I would recommend Kim's place to anyone that is planning on visiting Boston.

Seven of our family members used this property for a week+ stay as a base to explore the greater Boston area from Nantasket Beach to Nantucket Island, Red Sox games to multiple museums, sailing to Harbor Cruises, Battleship Cove to Castle Island and more. It was wonderful to be in a VRBO that could house all of us in between excursions, not to mention parking was included. Kim was a terrific hostess -- very communicative and attentive to any needs that we had.
