- A spacious apartment: newly renovated unit with 4 bedrooms that definitely be an excellent choice for friends, families and colleagues! The apartment is on the 3rd floor.

+ especially there are a lot of restaurant nearby that you can try all kind of cuisine
- Family friendly:
+ With up to 8 beds and 4 bedrooms, every single family member can stay at one place.

- We are very serious about registering the proper number of guests on Vrbo's platform, unregistered guests will be not allowed to stay. We keep the right to check the number of guests staying in our house if needed. We have a security camera system to control this. The house can accommodate up to 14 guests at a time. But we will open the bedroom based on the number of guests you registered on Vrbo.

- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS...VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

Shocked, Dismayed and Disappointed
The inside is nice, we were aware that it was on the 3rd floor, due to past reviews! BUT we were not aware that construction was going on in the rear of the house, there are two huge dumpsters in back, trash overflowing, someone was leaving bread on the ground AND my cousin saw TWO rats near the garbage! I FYI the owner…..well our 3rd night of our 4 night stay, my best friend saw a mouse INSIDE the house! I texted and emailed the owner and she texted the next morning and I texted back immediately…she was suggesting sending an exterminator over (it’s now our final day in Boston) and I texted that was an unsatisfactory response…who wants to return to a dead mouse or MICE on vacation!?!?! My friend spoke with her, we heading out for the day….initiating contact with her several times, as she had gotten quiet! Basically, while we were out…a few sticky traps were placed near the furnace and the breadcrumbs were picked up from outside! Our hostess texted us that she had spoken with VRBO to see how to refund some of our money, her suggestion, but we subsequently found out from VRBO that she had lied and had never reached out to VRBO at all! I’m quite disappointed and horrified that she has tenants that live on the property daily, this is a slumlord situation….she mentioned having her exterminator on speed dial during her conversation, leading us to believe she was well aware of and decided not to address this ongoing issue! So if you want to vacation with mice and rats, book here

Perfect for a family trip
We had 10 in our group (7 adults, 3 children) and this place was perfect! Easy check in, nice and clean, and exactly as pictured. Being only a 10 minute walk to a train station, grocery store, and Dunkin Donuts was great. Our host Jenny was super helpful and quick to respond to any messages. Highly recommend for a big group!

This place was clean and spacious. However we had 10 people with us and there were only 8 plates available in the house. There were also a limited number of utensils and minimal cooking equipment. 3 of the 5 stove burners did not work. The place was convenient to the bus and a short walk to the train. Would stay again.

Met our needs very well
Family of 5 in Boston for a family funeral. The apartment is extremely clean and you have everything you need for bath and kitchen supplies. Air conditioning works great. This is a third floor property so you need to be able to climb stairs. The mattresses aren’t that comfortable as they have coils that can poke into you. Need to plan adequate travel time in and out of downtown Boston if you have a time specific event to attend. Parking on site was a bonus and the neighborhood is very quiet. Jenny was a great hostess and our communication before and during was timely and also met our needs.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the kitchen window is amazing! Very convenient location. We were able to walk for groceries, dining and entertainment. Would definitely recommend. It was spacious and very cozy.

Great clean location
Had family gathering in prime location to Uber to downtown Boston, JFK library and the Seaport area. Apartment is very clean and worked for our party of 7 well. Host message states that they open the rooms by number in your party. Two rooms accommodate 2 people each and two have bed space for 5 each. So just make sure that you let host know if you expect all four rooms to be available and open. Host was great to contact and communicate with and did quickly get me the info to open the fourth room for our party of 7. Very happy with clean environment and safe neighborhood. Grocery store close by and never waited longer than 10 minutes for Ubers. This is a third floor apartment with step narrow stairs that can be hard for an older adult to climb. Overall very happy with this VRBO and would return.

A nice place to stay
We enjoyed this place to stay. We got lost going there because there is the same address in a different part of town. So double check the address with the zip code when you put it into GPS or order an Uber. The building was a little rough looking on the outside, but the inside was updated and looked great. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building with a very steep flight of stairs to climb. The neighborhood was fine. Nothing special, but we felt safe and it was pretty close to the things we wanted to do. It was clean. The hostess was easy to communicate with. The bed in room 2 was pretty uncomfortable. The mattress was thin and we could feel the springs. Our friends slept in room 1 and I do not know if that one was more comfortable or not. The sheets were low quality and could use an upgrade. Overall, this was a good place to stay and we would stay there again. Thank you for hosting us, Jenny!

place needs lots of repairs/upkeep
1. the entry door lock did not lock. very scared to sleep at night or leave our stuff there. 2. the beds were uncomfortable. mattresses were thin and you would feel box springs come through 3. the back door entry way had a very loose floor board which caused a guest to fall 4. the sheets smelled like wet mildew 5. the bedding was very mediocre 6. there were no coffee cups 7. there was a few broken kitchen drawers 8. coffee pot filter looked old and we were afraid to use I wish the review and property were more accurate.

A Great Place to Stay!
We were very comfortable with our stay. There were beds for all 8 of us in three bedrooms. The biggest challenge is getting to the third floor, but it was well worth getting to the top. We ended up driving and parking where we wanted to go; it wasn’t too far. The washer and dryer were good, but it’s a walk down to the basement, all doable. I recommend staying here.

As my mother would say...
"There is no free lunch in America!"...Lemme start with the good: -Reasonable option for being within city limits -Most reasonable price given that Boston is an incredibly expensive city to stay in -Excellent communication with the property manager The not so great aspects were: -The property manager remotely controlled the temperature so it got a bit old constantly having to reach out to her to have them adjust the temperature. We are grown adults with our own homes--we understood that you are trying to manage costs but that was a point of frustration foe our guests amd they complaines bitterly about rhat throughout the trip -None of the bathrooms had handicap accessible bars in the showers, which for two of our guests they suggested that this be added for safety purposes since they would have benefitted from this -The rude and super loud guests below us were not a great addition but the propeety manager assured us that they were teying to manage that situation -Do not use the middle washer and dryer unit-- it may be the reason why the tenants below you accuse you for using their units, evsn though you had no idea since it was not labeled

Spacious with view of the city and neighborhood
This apartment is a gem. It is clean, well-lit, and spacious, with porches in the front and the back. The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. Communication with the owner is exceptional. She is very responsive and helpful. I thought that I left behind some valuable jewelry and she went to great lengths to help me look for the jewelry after we had checked out. Highly recommended. As a bonus, there is a remarkable bakery, Via Cannuccia, which is a 14-minute walk from the house. On the weekend, it has the best croissant/brioche/coffee, and much more, offerings that I have see in a long time.

The neighborhood was conveniently located close to downtown and easily accomodates a large group. We appreciated the responsiveness of the Owner when we had questions or needed support. Other families live on the two other floors so definitely not a party house.

The apartment is nice. It's on the 3rd floor so the view was pretty cool to see so far around us. 2 patios is a great feature. Its really great that some toiletries were in the apartment for us to use. Parking in back is nice but it couod be cleaner back there. All in all we had a good time. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a doctor appointment at the Eye & Ear Inst and it was an easy drive there and back. Initially I was concerned that the apartment was too far from downtown Boston but it turned out to be a perfect location. Management was very helpful and prompt to return any calls or texts. Property was a great size, very clean and updated, and met all our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
