Custom built and new to rental market this striking luxury home on the water in Quincy boasts a bright, beautiful open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and sweeping ocean views. Wake up to the sound of waves lapping on the shoreline of your private beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch while watching the sunrise over the water. Custom built gourmet chef's kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, cookware, beach stone gas fireplace, formal dining room, full bathroom and comfortable contemporary decor grace the first floor of this home. The second floor has three bedrooms all with en suite full bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own large flat screen TV for your viewing enjoyment. The master bedroom has a beach stone gas fireplace and french doors that open onto a private deck complete with lounge chairs to relax and take in the view. You will enjoy luxurious high thread count 100% cotton sheets on the king size bed, a cozy lounger chaise fireside and a built in bureau and make up vanity. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and a beautiful large shower with imported tiles from Italy. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with the same high quality linens and custom built in closets and bureau. The third bedroom has a king size bed, high quality linens and a desk and chair to catch up on work before going to the beach. There is also a full walk in closet that can be used as a dressing room or pull down the queen size murphy bed to accommodate two more guests. Working remotely? Use the third floor large office that accommodates two people. There is also a sitting area in the office to relax and enjoy the view. Built in bookshelves on the third floor are stocked with books, chess, checkers and all types of games. Complete your workout in the private yoga/workout room complete with a yoga mats, workout ball and weights, also on the third floor. Once you come in from the beach use the custom built outdoor shower to rinse off before entering the welcoming foyer. Cook your dinner on the new Weber grill and eat outside on your private outdoor patio complete with dining table, chairs, umbrella, outdoor wicker couch, lounge chairs and a gas fire pit. This home has a private mooring on the private beach, so bring your boat (20' or less) too! Feel free to bring two cars, this home has a two car garage and on street parking. Beautiful, quiet, residential neighborhood great for long walks anytime of year. Once you've rejuvenated in this beautiful retreat head in for a night in the city of Boston just a 30 minute drive or short ride on the MBTA transit system. Perfect Post-Holiday Stay at Luxury Bayside Jewel
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Luxury Bayside Jewel in Squantum, MA, over the holidays, and I cannot recommend this property enough. From the start, the property manager, Susan, made the experience seamless. She was incredibly responsive to all my questions before and during the trip, addressing even the smallest details—like when and where to put the trash out—with patience and care.The home itself exceeded all expectations. Thoughtful touches made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, such as the thermostat being set to a cozy temperature for the winter weather, bottled water ready for us after a long day of travel, and even wine in the wine fridge (though we didn’t indulge, it was a lovely gesture). We especially appreciated the coffee station, complete with all the essentials like milk, honey, and sugar, making it easy to settle in and relax immediately.The house was equipped with everything a family could need. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and blankets, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, pots, pans, and cooking staples like spices and salt. This made hosting and preparing meals effortless. The property also featured great internet, TVs in multiple rooms, games for entertainment, and more.Knowing Susan was just a message away gave us peace of mind, and her excellent management ensured there were no issues to worry about during our stay.Our time at Luxury Bayside Jewel was a perfect way to spend Xmas time with family!

What a view!!
This house is spectacular in every way. The view is just great. Everything about the house is new. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. In addition, they had a pack n play and a high chair for our grandson (6 months old). The house is a 30 to 45 minute drive to downtown Boston. Just perfect!!

We can to stay for a conference in Boston. The house was beautiful and it was in a neat location. However, the listing stated that there were 5 bedrooms with 5 beds. When we arrived, we found out that there was only 4 beds. Therefore, one of my coworkers and I had to share a king size bed. When I tried to discuss this with the owner, he insisted that this was an error on VRBO side. I was hoping for some form of compensation for the inconvenience but have yet to hear back anyone.

Bucket list trip
We came to the Boston area for my Dad who is 91. It was on his bucket list to see Boston. Staying at this house was a great balance to the hustle of the city. It was close to everything we wanted to do, but you felt like you were coming home to a beautiful relaxing retreat at the end of the day. Beautiful house, views, walks on the shore, nice neighbors, etc. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. It was ready for all of us to stay- no last minute blow up mattresses (we have had that before)! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!!

We booked this home in order to relax for a few days after watching my son play 9 games of baseball in 4 days in upstate NY and it was exactly what we needed. The home was clean and beautiful - we loved our stay! So wonderful to be right by the ocean and beach as well. The AC broke and it was unbearably hot for a day (90 degrees!), but Susan quickly responded and helped us resolve the problem for the next day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

AMAZING Beachfront Home!
This property is 5+ stars. Incredible home, views and private beach. The beach is amazing. Lot of beach to walk, play and fish with spectacular sunrises. Home is well equipped with anything you might need. A perfect place for several families with private bathrooms in each bedroom. A third floor perfect for additional guest or kids to have their own space. Hope to have the opportunity to return. Would recommend to all.

Loved this beautiful sanctuary!!!!!
We stayed for a week as our son was running the Boston Marathon. We came a few days early to have some relaxation time and my son said it was the perfect place to prepare for race day. We stayed a few days longer after they left and worked from the house which was also the perfect environment to work. The beach set up and outdoor space is glorious. The sunrises are amazing. The area is very quiet which is exactly what we wanted. We are all runners and found plenty of routes and paths nearby. The T is close by in North Quincy and has plenty of parking at the station. Also is an inexpensive Uber ride to Boston as an option. The host has the most perfect kitchen and everything a person would need to make gourmet meals. We would definitely return and May again for next years marathon. We also loved the Marina area which is less than two miles away. There are several restaurants and a brewery all in the marina complex and we visited many of them.
