„Rented this cabin for a girls snow trip; this was our first time in Colorado (from the South). It’s about an 1.15 hrs away from Denver and 20 minutes from Black Hawk which had many restaurants and casinos. The roads driving to the house wear clear of snow and fairly easy to navigate. You will need a AWD car to navigate these areas during the winter. The cabin has spacious rooms and is very clean. I appreciated the two full bathrooms. Clara the host was responsive and attentive to our inquiries. “

„Absolutely loved the cabin, it's so cool! Having the river right there is so nice and peaceful. My brother and I came out from MA to check out RMNP. Really good location in terms of distance from the airport and to the park. Loved everything about it! Thanks Amanda for making everything so seemless! “

„Beautiful home in Boulder Canyon. 4 generations of family members enjoyed a Christmas week in this home. Interesting layout allowed family to spread out and do their own thing. Hot tub is large. Views from hot tub and home in general are glorious!Mornings on the front deck with coffee were wonderful as we enjoyed the views & sounds of Boulder Creek babbling by. We enjoyed our easy trips into Downtown Boulder! The location of this home is perfect!“

„This cabin was perfect for my family. It is even cuter than it looks online. There was plenty of table room for our Thanksgiving feast, the kitchen was perfect w two ovens and enough counter space. Every night some were in the hot tub. Ping pong was fun. It was just great. The host, Kevin, was absolutely the nicest and so accommo. I’d go back today if I could“

„My girls absolutely loved watching the fish in the fish tank and exploring out back. A nice place to hibernate during a winter storm. Even if the oven was inoperable (probably from a previous guest cooking a turkey? Smoked to much to use.) We still had a nice stay. The tv is big and gets YouTube so we liked that even if we couldn’t watch the broncos game.Loved all the paintings and peaceful setting. Neighbors are near ,but never saw anyone except their dogs. „The location is gorgeous. They provided us with plenty of wood for the fireplace as well as propane for the outside fireplace and grill. They had alot of necessities that i didnt expect to be there such as trash bags laundry detergent and dishwasher pods as well as dish soap. Coffee filters and coffee and honestly to much stuff to list. We were very pleased. No issues with the keyless entry. We got there before the inspector as we didnt intend on being able to get in q few minutes early we just ...

„Cozy house perfect for a family or 2 to 3 couples. Views off of the balcony were amazing. Enjoyed the sunrise with my coffee on the first morning. Driveway is dirt with some ruts so the Jeep we had came in handy. “

„This was our first time staying in Allenspark and this little cabin was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The location is secluded and the view is stunning. I think the only thing that may make the cabin better would be a bigger shower, a tv in the bedroom (it was very windy and I could have used some added noise and I like to wake up and lounge to some tv). „The property is very quiet and peaceful in a secluded area a short drive from Estes Park and entrances to RMNP. The historic cabin was perfect for our family to spend Thanksgiving week. We got over 8 inches of snow the first day and were able to watch it fall from the many windows - which felt like we were in a magical snowglobe!
