On the second floor :

The apartment is ideally located in Bourg-Charente, in a very pleasant environment. You will be near all the essential stores but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
The commune offers you a multitudes of activities: visits of the houses of Cognac, cycling, hiking, fishing, canoeing...

Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly in the private outdoor parking of the apartment.
- Nearest train station : Jarnac (3 min by car).
- Nearest airport: Angoulême (32 min by car).
